Il Campanile di Giotto è un capolavoro dell'architettura gotica Italiana situato in Piazza del Duomo a Firenze, in Italia, adiacente alla Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore. Dopo l'inizio del campanile con la visita della cattedrale, progettata inizialmente da Arnolfo di Cambio nel 1296, la cattedrale presenta un disegno gotico distinto con una facciata in marmo bianco, rosso e verde. Never found our guy with the tickets. They were sent via WhatsApp but following the directions of the Viator app I was suppose to meet someone. This is the first time I had experienced a lack communication from the app. The tour guide finally reached out and said I used the tickets. Still waiting to hear back from a Viator rep.
The tickets were already provided to you via your Viator email, WhatsApp, and the booking instructions. The instructions were very clear, and the tickets were valid for three days. Even if you missed your original visit date, you could still use them within the three-day validity period. The tickets were sent prior to your visit, and I can see that the messages were read. Additionally, the Viator email serves as proof that all necessary information and tickets were provided in advance. When traveling and booking activities, we kindly ask that you check your booking portal and read all instructions carefully. We never wanted you to miss the experience, and the tickets allowed ample time for use. Thank you for your understanding.
the tour service was great i get the best experience thank you for the support the giotto bell tower is amzing from the top get the best view of flroence and also the best view of dome from the bell tower and the additional service of baptistery , museum and cathedral was super nice , highly recommanded this visit instead of the duomo
