Scoprirai il fascino del centro storico durante il tramonto, imparerai e gusterai le tradizioni locali nei vari angoli medievali! Un modo semplice per esplorare Lucca sotto molti aspetti: arte, storia e stile di vita!

Itinerario
Incontrerai la tua guida appena fuori dalla stazione dei treni e in pochi passi raggiungerai le maestose mura cittadine che rappresentano l'orgoglio di Lucca. Dopo una breve introduzione storica saliremo in cima alla cerchia muraria e potrai passeggiare lungo i viali alberati, ascoltando gli aneddoti della città e ammirando gli splendidi paesaggi circostanti.
La nostra passeggiata continuerà verso il centro storico alla scoperta degli affascinanti vicoli medievali che ci condurranno alla magnifica Cattedrale romanica in marmo: ne conoscerai la storia e il significato che i lucchesi le attribuiscono. Ci dirigeremo quindi verso l'affascinante piazza Napoleone caratterizzata da platani secolari. Questa piazza svolge un ruolo importante per la città, oggi come in passato, ospitando ogni anno a luglio l'evento musicale: Lucca Summer festival.
Dopo questa piacevole passeggiata sperimenterai la nostra prima sosta gastronomica nei pressi della famosa Piazza San Michele; entreremo in un antico panificio frequentato soprattutto dai lucchesi e gusterai la famosa cecina, una specie di focaccia fatta con ingredienti salutari accompagnata da una birra.
La vivace via dello shopping di Via Fillungo sarà la nostra prossima tappa della nostra passeggiata lucchese e ammirerai le tante botteghe artigianali con eleganti insegne storiche che caratterizzano il passato commerciale della città. Negozi di moda, pelletteria, cibo e vini e profumi: questo potrebbe essere anche il momento perfetto per trovare autentici souvenir da acquistare durante il tuo soggiorno a Lucca. A metà strada inoltre potrai ammirare la romanica Basilica di San Frediano.
Il nostro itinerario ci porterà poi ad esplorare la piazza più antica e autentica di Lucca, la Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, ingegnosamente creata all’interno dell’anfiteatro romano. Dopo questo tuffo nel passato, la tua guida ti porterà a vedere il simbolo più famoso di Lucca, l'iconica torre Guinigi, famosissima per i lecci posti sulla terrazza in cima.
Per essere un vero lucchese però, non puoi perdere l’occasione di partecipare all’aperitivo in una vineria molto glamour del centro storico situata in un luogo interessante. Ci rilasseremo all’ora del tramonto assaporando le prelibatezze che l’oste ci porterà abbinate ad un bicchiere di vino della zona di Lucca. Sarà arrivato quindi il momento di dirci arrivederci ma solo dopo aver chiesto alla tua guida i consigli per la cena e per continuare la scoperta di questa interessante città. Cin cin!

We had a great experience doing this tour with Luca in Lucca. He’s a nice person who could tell us at lot about the city. We had 3 stops for food and Wine; it was some nice tastings.
We had a really lovely evening visiting Lucca with our friendly guide, Luca. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of this charming city (history, culture, etc) and was a great conversationalist overall. My husband and I were the only ones on our tour and it felt more like visiting with a friend than taking a guided tour. The refreshment stops were perfect and welcome after walking around the city. We highly recommend to others.
Chiara & Antoinella were excellent, informative and pleasant tour guides. They were very responsive to our questions and flexible in setting up our tour at the last minute. They have extensive knowledge of the local area including geography, history, cuisine, & local lore. We toured many areas of the beautiful city of Lucca and stopped at two locations for delicious apps and great local wine. I highly recommend this tour.
We thought it would be good to do a short walking tour when we arrived to get the lay of the land in Lucca! We had a small group of five and it was an evening tour with Appertivo -Luca was our guide and very knowledgeable-A great way to get an overview of this amazing place. Excellent walking and tasting tour. Luca was very knowledgeable and had lots of interesting and fun facts as we walked around the centre of the city. The food and wine were of very high quality and very enjoyable. Well worth doing this tour, one of the best food and walking tours I have ever done.

What a great evening. Antonella is so engaging and knowledgeable about Lucca and it's history. The stops we made to sample local Tuscan wine and food were excellent. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

Sarina was amazing. She was not only knowledgeable but took her time to answer all our questions. The tour took us on back streets away from the crowds which was quite impressive considering there was a major concert in Lucca that evening. In addition, after the tour she sent a list of restaurants, gelato places, Aperitivo places and sent us to a great place for pizza. I only wish she could be our personal guide for the rest of Italy.

Antonella was a fantastic guide - so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us interesting information on the history of Lucca and took us to the main churches and piazzas. We got to try some delicious local food and wine in 2 places and Massagli in a pharmacy! Antonella also gave us some great tips about where to try gelato, cecina and dinner. We tried some of them today and were so impressed - we would never have found them ourselves. We would highly recommend this tour! Thank you Antonella!
