Questa non è una tipica escursione, è un viaggio privato in un paesaggio selvaggio a sud di Lisbona, dove natura, storia e spiritualità si incontrano. Niente folla, niente percorsi turistici solo scogliere, oceano e silenzio. Seguiamo sentieri costieri alla scoperta di vere e proprie impronte di dinosauro conservate nella roccia, vecchie di oltre 160 milioni di anni. Non solo li vedi, stai dove una volta camminavano. Per i più avventurosi, c'è una discesa facoltativa verso una spiaggia nascosta, aggiungendo un senso di scoperta all'esperienza. Il percorso è facile, circa 3,3 km, adatto alla maggior parte dei viaggiatori, famiglie comprese. Nessuna fretta, solo il tempo di godersi il momento. Cabo Espichel è anche uno dei luoghi sacri più importanti del Portogallo. Lungo la strada, condivido storie adattando l'esperienza al tuo ritmo. A Cabo Espichel, i viaggiatori entrano in un paesaggio costiero drammatico dove imponenti scogliere incontrano il vasto Oceano Atlantico. Tutta questa esperienza si svolge all'interno dello splendido Parco Naturale di Arrábida, parte di una Riserva della Biosfera UNESCO e uno dei paesaggi protetti più belli del Portogallo. Circondato da verdi colline lussureggianti, scogliere spettacolari e il blu profondo dell'Oceano Atlantico, sarai immerso nella natura dall'inizio alla fine. A Pedra da Mua, incontrerai uno dei siti preistorici più notevoli del Portogallo. Qui, impronte di dinosauri reali — più di 160 milioni di anni — sono conservate nella roccia della scogliera. Queste tracce sono state lasciate da massicci sauropodi che un tempo attraversavano questo antico paesaggio. Stando qui, non ci si limita a osservare la storia – ci si entra, camminando lungo gli stessi sentieri che questi giganti seguivano una volta.

We brought our 8 year old (dinosaur enthusiast) and 5 year old and they had the most amazing time actually sitting in real dinosaur footprints and having a snack right where the dinosaurs did millions of years ago. Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. She made it such a fun morning for the kids (and us). She even sent us restaurant recommendations and we ended up having one of the best meals of the trip. Thank you! Next time we will be back to explore the caves and tide pools.
We had many incredible adventure with Natalia while in Portugal. One of which was from Setubal to Cabo Espichel and everything in between. It was a relaxing and well balanced day full of nature, history, and learning. It was very leisurely, no rush at all. We always moved at a relaxed pace in order to enjoy every moment. On this day, we saw the Sanctuary of Cabo Escichel, atop a cliff overlooking the ocean. From there we walked and saw dinosaur foot prints on the side of a cliff! They are actually quite visible and we were able to get some pretty awesome pictures. We had three days full of excitement with Natalia. She made out time in Portugal more memorable that we could have imagined. If that is what you desire, book with her. You wont regret it.
Natasha was an amazing guide for our dinosaur footprint walking tour—easily one of the most unique and memorable experiences of our trip. The dinosaur footprints themselves are incredible and something we never would have found or fully appreciated on our own. Natasha made the experience by bringing them to life with her knowledge and storytelling, explaining the history and significance in a way that was both interesting and easy to follow. She was also fantastic to spend time with—friendly, fun, and engaging throughout the tour. Communication was seamless from the start, with clear confirmations beforehand, and she even took photos for us along the way, which we really appreciated. She also has great knowledge of the fauna of the area which was really interesting. If you’re in Lisbon and want to do something truly different, this tour with Natasha is 100% worth it. I recently came home from a vacation with my girlfriend from Portugal. She had the great idea to hire a local tour guide and it definitely was worth it. The private walk away from the busy city of Lisbon was a great change of pace and scenery.
