The tour showed available dates and confirmed instantly, but after booking I was later told there were no tickets. There was no proactive communication or refund explanation, despite the tour being marked non-refundable. I had to contact Viator support myself to resolve this. The issue was not the park, but a very unclear and misleading booking process.

It was a nice experience, the driver was very friendly, the minibus was very clean and he offered us drinks and free Wi-Fi.
A smaller group allowed us a more attentive experience. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. It was great to see all the guides communicating with eachother to let us all get the best opportunity to see the most animals on our tour. Ending a long walk with a cold towel and fresh fruit skewers topped everything off - couldn't have asked for more from this tour.
