Luoghi e orari di ritiro
Se il tuo hotel non è nell'elenco significa che devi recarti in un punto d'incontro speciale, comunicaci in quale hotel alloggerai in modo che un rappresentante della nostra azienda ti contatterà per indicare il punto d'incontro e il ritiro tempo di attività. Questo servizio ha due orari diversi, il primo è per un tour mattutino e il ritiro è in: AREA CANCUN E PLAYA DEL CARMEN tra le 8:00 e le 8:30, AREA TULUM tra le 7:00 e le 8:00. Arriveremo al parco alle 9:30. Il secondo è per un tour di metà giornata e il ritiro è in: AREA CANCUN E PLAYA DEL CARMEN tra le 12:00 e le 12:30, AREA TULUM tra le 11:00 e le 12:00. Arriveremo al parco alle 13:30. Gli orari variano a seconda dell'hotel, il nostro rappresentante ti comunicherà l'orario esatto del ritiro tramite e-mail o messaggio di testo. Per gli hotel e Airbnb di Tulum, il punto d'incontro speciale sarà il supermercato Super Aki Tulum nel centro della città. Si prega di considerare gli orari di trasporto per il ritiro e la riconsegna.

- I viaggiatori devono avere una buona forma fisica
- Se selezioni una zona diversa da quella del tuo hotel, dovrai modificare la prenotazione con la zona corretta (costo diverso) attraverso il motore di prenotazione.

- Il limite di peso è di 270 libbre per le zip line, 300 libbre per gli ATV e 220 libbre per le passeggiate a cavallo.
- Per misure di sicurezza non è consentito l'uso dei telefoni cellulari durante le attività.
- Si consiglia di portare: un cambio di vestiti, un asciugamano, scarpe chiuse, un costume da bagno, crema solare e repellente biodegradabile, occhiali da sole e fazzoletti per l'ATV.
- Non raccomandato per viaggiatori con problemi alla schiena.
- Non raccomandato per le donne incinte.
- Non raccomandato per viaggiatori con problemi cardiaci o altre gravi condizioni mediche.
- L'assicurazione ATV è inclusa, non è necessario pagare alcun extra

This was a lot of fun! The staff were friendly and had great energy. Everything ran smoothly from one activity to the next. We especially loved the photographer and the awesome shots he took of our group!

Alex was handsome and amazing as well as Chris. They were kind and let us have an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has been thinking about it.

This was an awesome and amazing experience :) staff was amazing and knowledgeable :) Horseback riding was good, although I thought it was going to be more scenic, horses were wonderful :) only negative, Saddles were severely worn and uncomfortable. Next, we went to Cenote, OMG I still can't believe I dropped 20 feet backwards into that cold water LOL but it was an experience :) Next, we went to the ATVs, only negative ATVs were very worn, and the whole ride is rugged, but fun experience :) then it was off to Zip Lining great experience :) a little scary at first, but the staff was incredible and made it funny:) The tequila tasting was good, (if you're not used to drinking) prepare to be half lit LOL, the girl was very knowledgeable and funny :) enjoyed a little dance show and ate :) the photographer got great pictures and was very nice :) All in all, it was a wonderful experience and a lot of fun and will tire you out :)

This was an exciting adventure experience! Lisa and Angel were amazing! Lisa kept us laughing the entire time, and Angel took phenomenal pictures that we ended up purchasing for about $90. Also, shout out to Jorge, the driver who picked us up, for allowing us to change our drop off spot at the end, which was so much more convenient. It was a lot of activities for a great price. The only downside was rushing from one activity to the next, but during the actual activity itself there was no rushing. It was all about being safe and enjoying yourself. We would book another tour with this company 100% ❤️
