I was very displeased with my service from Viator on this airport transfer that I reserved 4 months in advance of my trip. I paid $300 USD for a oneway luxury vehicle to transfer my husband and I from the hotel in Reykjavik Iceland to the KEF airport 45 minutes away. We were sitting in the lobby of the hotel 30 minutes early and a woman walked in looking lost with no sign and not asking for me by name. She wondered around the lobby and back to her TAXI for approx 20 minutes before she came in with my name on her phone. I saw her when she arrived but certainly did not think that her small car was my Viator Luxury car service. She was very pleasant and helpful but the vehicle was not what I paid for. I could have booked a TAXI at the front desk of my hotel for $100 USD. In this case the Viator vendor Rhomtrip took my money and booked the least expensive option of a taxi. I had a friend that booked the exact same oneway trip through Viator but their vendor was different and they got the luxury vehicle they paid for.

On time, even when needed at 6 A.M. very friendly, personable, and helpful. Definitely recommend this service.

Are flight was late getting there and drive was very patient with wanting for use . Very windy and rainy but the driver was great

Chrissa was on time (5 a.m.!!) for the pick up with a vehicle that was more than appropriate for our needs. She was informative, professional, and fun to talk with. Private transfers are reliable and the way to go!
