Parque Temático Epopeia Italiana, is an interactive museum telling the story of Italian immigrants in the region. While trying to buy tickets, we met Giovanni, who overheard us struggling with Google translate and jumped in to help because he spoke some English. He not only assisted with tickets, but he gave us a good lunch recommendation and went out of his way to ensure we would find the place. While we were on the train ride, he summarized the entire show and translated it into English. He waited for us at the train station, gave us each a copy of a short script/summary, and told us he hoped it would help us better understand the show. I've attached the translation he gave us to this review. We were so surprised and appreciative of the efforts he took to make sure we enjoyed the experience. He told us the park staff planned to meet the following day to start creating a full English version. It turns out that Giovanni was the one and only actor in the show, so it was really special to have met him in person.

I come here to make my complaint for one of their mistakes. I went to Epopea Italiana to follow a better age group and 6 adults on the 25/03/26. The agency had already made the advance payment for them. Arriving at the portier for my surprise, they charged an extra adult. I had to pay the difference from my pocket in the value of 88.40 because the girl said that if she didn't pay the passenger would not go in. I asked if he was certain, that he had already conferred everything and she said that not. I'm trying to solve in the watts zap and I'm not getting it from the next day. They're talking about going back to the agency claiming they're extorning the reservation title. But if I didn't pay out of my pocket, the entrance would not be released. That is, until I talk to the agency on the day, the agency get in touch with them, do the same I did, check one by one, would already give the schedule of the presentation and the passenger would not participate. (you know it is not that simple) and the passenger would stay without watching the play. You'd have to pay me, who in their own statement has my proof that it was in cash, if they pull the cameras they'll also see that I paid in cash.

I found it very medium to weak...the scenario is nice and the sound effects tb, but the actor speaks so fast, so without details and the exchange of scenarios happens so fast tb, nor does it give you time to see things, especially if there is a lot of people...everything happens in less than 30 minutes. Fortunately, we went to a very small museum in Gaibaldi, where the lady who works there explained with a wealth of details the arrival of the Italians, because if it was only for the Epopeia, you barely have an idea... I didn't think it was worth the go.
