Company Was A No Show!
We booked, paid, and received our vouchers for this tour, arriving at the designated meeting spot 30 minutes early. We were told to look for a guide holding a white flag, but no one matching that description ever showed up. Other local guides in the area had never even heard of this company. We tried texting, and a TripAdvisor representative even attempted to call them directly, but no one responded. Frustrated, we ended up buying our own tickets to see the museum highlights in what little time we had left. Fortunately, TripAdvisor refunded our money. I would never use this tour company again.
