Durante il nostro Secret Food Tour: Le Marais Paris, potrai goderti una varietà di classici cibi di strada francesi, iniziando con una viennoiserie/croissant e collezionando pane, poi andrai a sederti per goderti un classico croque-monsieur nello stesso ristorante dove Jim Morrison ha trascorso parte del suo tempo a Parigi, scoprendo il nostro piatto misterioso e il nostro formaggio mentre gustavamo un bicchiere di vino rosso e bianco. Visitare Le Marais significa anche vedere le strade ebraiche di Parigi e assaggiare dei cremosi Falafel. Poi via verso un mondo di dolcezza tra incredibili cioccolatini e coloratissimi macaron, il tutto coronato da un dessert per concludere con stile. Il nostro tour inizia nel vivace cuore di Le Marais, vicino alla famosa rue de Rivoli, una delle strade principali della città. Durante il tour cammineremo per le antiche strade, attraverseremo Place des Vosges e vedremo alcune delle più antiche case medievali di Parigi. Ti renderai conto di come vivono i locali in questa parte di Parigi e di come l'influenza della storia della città abbia plasmato la sua gastronomia.

Una suggestiva chiesa barocca del 1641 che domina Rue Saint-Antoine. La sua cupola ha ispirato Les Invalides e i suoi gradini hanno vegliato sulla vita del mercato del Marais per quasi quattro secoli.

La più antica piazza progettata di Parigi, completata nel 1612 per le celebrazioni reali. I suoi portici in mattoni rossi, perfettamente simmetrici, un tempo ospitavano Victor Hugo, e oggi fanno da cornice a uno dei luoghi più eleganti della città dove fermarsi tra una degustazione e l’altra.
La casa dello scrittore dal 1832 al 1848, nascosto nell'angolo di Place des Vosges. Hugo ha scritto gran parte di Les Misérables qui, e l'appartamento è ora un museo gratuito che si affaccia sulla piazza.

I really enjoyed my experience. Zara was a great tour guide and host. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. There were many things that we tasted that were amazing. Also I loved how much history I got to learn on the tour that was pleasantly unexpected. My only critique is that it did feel like it was pretty sugar heavy. I felt like it would be perfect if they had at least one more savory tasting. Other than that my experience was amazing. The weather was beautiful and the neighborhood was gorgeous. If you’re a foodie, and also love seeing beautiful building and structures. This is a must do.

This was a great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very accommodating for the full range of ages on our tour (3 to 73). The food was delicious and we walked through some great neighborhoods. She knew a lot about the food, neighborhoods, and history. The only 2 recommendations I’d have (and they are minor) are: add a savory item to the very first stop at the Boulangerie and if possible tie the food to the tour more—it sort of felt like 2 tours. These are highly minor items, though. I recommend the tour and recommend our guide!

Absolutely incredible! The Paris Le Marais Food Tour was unlike any other food tour we’ve experienced. Every tasting felt unique and authentically Parisian, from the amazing cheeses and fresh local specialties to the incredible wines we never would have discovered on our own. The wine and cheese pairings were out of this world. You simply can’t compare the quality and flavors to what you typically find back home. Everything tasted fresh, carefully selected, and truly special. The staff made the experience even better. They were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour feel relaxed and personal. We learned so much about French food, wine, and the culture behind what we were tasting while exploring the beautiful streets of Le Marais. If you love great food, incredible wine and cheese, and experiencing Paris beyond the typical tourist spots, this is an absolute must.
