Our tour guide put us above everyone else he answered questions was kind to all, made way through crowds and didn't mind getting in Instagramers ways for the good of the group he was exactly what every tour guide should be
Long lines, no exclusive access, the young lady who gave the tour was very diligent. However, you could hardly understand her because the noise was too loud and there were no microphones. We didn't even get to the top of the Eiffel Tower. It was closed due to overcrowding.
Arthur was full of fun tidbits about the history of France’s Iron Lady. And we breezed right in; no long waits and minimal crowds (830am was a great time to go!)
Marcela was our tour guide with Viator and she was phenomenal! While the Eiffel Tower is breathtaking on its own, Marcela’s deep knowledge and engaging storytelling elevated the entire tour. She didn’t just focus on the tower itself, she gave us wonderful context about Paris, local culture, and history that made us appreciate the city on a whole new level. Engaging, brilliant, and super friendly. Do not hesitate to book a tour with Viator.
The guide (Pascal) had a good mix of knowledge and humour, and offered additional assistance about other landmarks to visit. The price mark-up seemed slightly expensive when compared to the website cost of an entry ticket for the summit.
So happy we chose this tour! Loved everything about it and our guide, Pascal, was knowledgeable, informative and fun! We thoroughly enjoyed going up to the summit and happy that we didn’t stop at the first stop. There are toilets and a cafe at the summit. Amazing views! Words can’t even begin to express how amazing this tour was!
We had a wonderful tour of the Eiffel Tower with our guide Maud she was very knowledgeable and we would highly recommend her. Andrew and Karen Perth Australia
Anna was a great guide. Very kind and very attentive. She gave great information about the Eiffel Tower history. And information about the light show at night. Only I wish she had a microphone, it was hard to hear her, she is very soft spoken. And some sort of tall flag, she was short so it was hard to keep up with her and find her while walking.
I was so happy I did this. It was great! It's definitely a must-see, and I recommend everyone do it if you have never done it!
The Eiffel Tower was wonderful - we paid to go to the top and it was breath taking. Spend the extra money and do it. However if you’re looking for history and background this is not the tour - our guide basically got us to the tower, in the elevator and said good bye at the second floor. It was great that we could spend as much time there as possible so we stayed til 10 when the lights came on.
