Itinerario
Qui troverai l'iconico cartello "End of the World", perfetto per una foto emblematica.

Ushuaia is a beautiful place, our tour guide Noe was so nice and knew so much! The driver Guillermo was really nice. 10/10 would recommend yellow penguin for my tours in South America
The tour is very nice and we got a very friendly guide. The scenery is wonderful and we would certainly do it again, however, we hired this tour to get off from a cruise and they were not clear with the time of port pickup and not all of us have internet on the cruise, so they should clarify everything very well before we run out of internet so there are no misinterpretations.
This is an excellent way to learn about the area, and experience the beauty that is Ushuaia. Our guide Juliana was super! Very knowledgeable. Very personable. The tour was first-rate!
Well organised good pick up from ship for cruise passengers. Train journey was excellent. Unfortunately weather was not on our side for visiting the national park and kakes.
We have no words of thanks with Diego, Martin and the whole Yellow Penguin team. Really. At the last minute we were joined by two more friends and we were no longer getting tickets to the End of the World Train anywhere, all sold out... and yet they made it possible. We don't know how, but they made it. Thanks to that we were able to live the complete experience and take a beautiful family memory, of those that remain forever. The National Park is simply amazing: open views, a beautiful forest, and snow-covered mountains in the distance that look like they were taken from a postcard. All the time you're looking everywhere because you don't know which picture to take first. Our guide Sofia was super attentive, close and knowledgeable. He explained every detail with patience and good vibes, you could tell he loves what he does. Really, we highly recommend Yellow Penguin. Thanks for making it so easy and so special.
The experience in Ushuaia with Yellow Penguin was excellent. As soon as we got off the boat they were waiting for us with the Yellow Penguin pallets, impossible not to see and super easy to locate. Our boat arrived a little later than planned, but immediately we were coordinated the train schedule and everything flowed perfectly, without stress or runs. The guide was very friendly at all times, always predisposed, took pictures of us, explained a lot of things throughout the tour and you could tell that he knew a lot and liked what he did. The walk was beautiful and everything was very well organized. We would definitely choose them again and fully recommend them.
The park and the train were fantastic. The communication about the pickup point and the additional park costs left a lot to be desired.
Let's start with positives: great itinerary that covers interesting and beautiful places, great transportation, very good driver Colo (or Kolo?). However, the issues started day before the trip: we informed tour operator that out ship arrives at 7:30am and received message that they will be waiting for us at 7-8am. Later we received a message that the pickup time is 10:30am, this also assumed we are taking a later train. Given that pickup was now in front of the ship, we were forced to get out to the town and then come back or stay on the ship all this time from 7:30 till 10:30. We were not the only confused guests: first thing we did was search for 6 others in front of the port. An attempt to understand the plan led to no clarity with "we will go into park, then we take train one-way and then continue our tour" message from our guide. Given train station is outside of the park this was even more confusing. Furthermore, we never made to the park and instead went straight to the train station arriving there well ahead of the train departure time. From this point on the trip was pretty good, we got to van from train (yes, it was waiting for us at the other end of the train ride though guide was never able to explain this). Another issue to mention was the commentary by our guide. Not only her explanations of plans were bad, the story about everything we saw around was as taken from the elementary school textbook with endless articulated repetitions of few place names. Overall trip with a great potential but organization and commentary (especially the guide Claudia) needs lots of improvements!
We chose the Yellow Penguin tour because of its appealing description: the national park with three scenic points and the End of the World train. The itinerary itself was well designed, and our driver Colo was professional and attentive. Unfortunately, the quality of the guiding was very disappointing. Our guide Claudia failed to provide meaningful information about the route or the history of the region. Instead of engaging stories, we received only brief details that felt superficial, as if taken directly from the internet. The constant mixing of Spanish and English, along with repetitive naming without explanations, made the experience feel unprofessional and difficult to follow. The tour has strong potential thanks to its itinerary and driver, but the overall impression was spoiled by the poor performance of the guide. We recommend the company to pay closer attention to the training and preparation of their guides, as they are the ones who truly shape the value and atmosphere of the journey.
The person meeting at the port wasn’t obvious we were at the port waiting for at least 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time. There were a few of us out there not realizing we were all waiting for the same people. Finally about 5 minutes after the scheduled time the person waiting on us put up the sign for us. They had been sitting there the whole time. We were delayed waiting on people who had already been on the pier at the proper time looking for the correct bus. The lady holding the sign and the driver were taking selfies. Finally once we got going the actual tour guide got on the bus once we were outside the port and she was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and attentive. The tour its self was nice and really pretty. Argentina is a beautiful country!
