Very good service for excursion to Hortons Plains. Were picked up as agreed at the hotel 5.30. Spacious van and a very nice and safe driver. We got help with ticket purchases etc at the national park, and tips on the best hiking route. On the way back we stopped and watched tea pickers, beautiful surroundings. We were very pleased with this tour!
We came across Sameer randomly in Nuwara Eliya and we were instantly taken in by his friendly charm and good nature and ended up using his tuk tuk to visit the Pedro tea estate and lovers leap waterfall. He offered a great price and more importantly a safe and fun trip that we really enjoyed. We then learned that he offered tours and services in his van which led us to ask him to take us to Horton Plains and do the World’s End hike, he kindly obliged and again offered us a great price/service. The tour was awesome, some of the best views you’ll find in Sri Lanka and Sameer helped us all the way. Honestly, he’s a great guy and fun to be around which for us is important when it comes to a tour. 100% recommend him and anyone using him will get more than they pay for! P.S Sri Lanka is amazing!!!!!
We spent a whole day with Sameera and had an amazing time! He drove us to Horton Plains early in the morning (so that we could still make it to world's end just before the clouds rolled in); in the afternoon we were a bit unlucky with the weather but Sameera still tried to give us the best time possible according to what we wanted to see (and which food we wanted to try haha). Most of all, he's just a super nice person, funny, and so keen on making you have a great day. Everything with reasonable pricing on top. Would highly recommend.
