We had an amazing time visiting Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. I love that this tour gave us an hour and 15 minutes at each location, our driver even gave us a little extra! Our driver, Ron, was super nice and helped explain everything when we got there like where to go. He even spotted a grizzly bear on the mountain as we were driving and slowed down so we could all get pictures. Overall, definitely recommend!

It's was a good experience...its a real gem...although it was damp and rainy....most of the view was covered under mist...but the app and the tour guide was very very pleasing and very comfortable. The time they kept was really good:)

Meeting new friends. The ease of not having to drive and park. The parking was alittle bit of a shock in Banff. Maybe explain better parking it was free at one end of town if you do not mind walking. But if you go right to wheat the busses take off its 69.00 dollars.

What a great day seeing to incredibly stunning lakes. The service provided was top notch and I highly recommend Banff explorer for anyone willing to visit lake Louise and lake Moraine. The service was trouble free and convenient picked us up just off Banff ave and dropped us back at the same place. The tour is 5 hours and we had more than enough time at each lake to take it all in
