We arrived at the location as per Google maps directions which were wrong, and we were directed to another location. When we arrived at the correct location, we were told that it was too windy for parasailing which was understandable. What was not acceptable, was that they left no one at the excursion desk to let us know. We were directed from place to place before being informed that the experience would not happen. They need better communication and management.
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused. Weather conditions in Cancun can change quickly, and for safety reasons parasailing activities may be cancelled when wind conditions are not suitable. In this case, the cancellation was made to protect guests and staff. That said, we completely understand your disappointment regarding the communication and coordination at the marina. You should have been informed more clearly and promptly instead of being redirected between locations. We also regret the confusion caused by the map directions. Your comments have been shared with the local team so we can improve both communication procedures and meeting point instructions moving forward. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for the inconvenience experienced.
Canceled due to bad weather so one hour before pickup they sent email. Not sure, but should have been canceled day before.
Hi there, Thank you for sharing your comments. Weather conditions are changing quickly in the Caribbeans, the authorization to run the water activity depends on the authority. The captain of the port open and close the port depending if the conditions are good enough or not. The day before your booking the weather conditions was good enough to fly that s why it was not possible to avise you before. The captain of the port advised at 11am that from 12 noon all water activities had to be suspended up to 6pm. Soon we had the information we emailed you and also we offered you alternatives however you declined them. Few days after you finally requested your refund thing that we gladly did. We hope to see you soon in Cancun! Cheers,
Great experience , with clear communication of drop off and pick up times. Definitely use this company again for future excursions. Thanks again the Jones family.
