It was a decent experience. They had some issues getting the chute in the air due to low winds and that was making me nervous. They eventually got it in the air, I was still nervous something would go wrong but it was fine in the air. My friend almost fell in the water when we landed but they pulled her over.

It was a good experience to check off my bucket list and also The driver who picked us up was such a good guy and notable and also held a conversation with us and was very polite so I will recommend this excursion anytime. Also he does the jet bolts and More. And he was patient with us as far as letting us do other activities on the beach. Waited for us to get done eating and also enjoying the beach so the guy was very amazing. Appreciate him so much.

If you’re looking for something that doesn’t take up your entire day but is really enjoyable. This is the excursion for you.

My sisters and I had THE best time. Communication was prompt and pick up was on time. Transportation was very comfortable and not over crowded. My sister lost her shoe in the water during the parasailing and they found it and returned it. Our driver was the absolute best. We wanted empanadas and he took us to a little spot that was amazing. We were not disappointed. 10/10.

The Driver for Best Way and the parasailing was awesome. If I ever come back again, I will call the same people..

Herman was wonderful. He picked us up and kept us informed of where and the activities were taking place. Also gave us additional activities information that we would possibly like.

The parasailing experience was so much fun! We were picked up outside the entrance gate of the hotel and taken to a part of the beach where we met a boat that took us to the parasailing boat. Everything went smoothly and all of the crew and driver were very nice and helpful.

Well we never even got to experience this adventure! I am sure based on the reviews it would have been amazing, had we gone on it. We booked through Trip advisor and while making the booking, it gave us the option to be picked up from our hotel. The tour operator also mentions clearly "We pick up all customers from the punta cana area" also that "if your hotel is in the list, we will pick you up". After I completed the booking, I waited for a whole day for the tour operator to contact us with pick up details. Nothing of that sort. Our tour was supposed to be on June 22nd, and thanks to TripAdvisors cancellation policy, I had until June 21st 10:30 am to cancel if something didn't work out. I reached out to the tour operator asking where he will pick us up from and at what time? This was his response: "Hi, how are you guys, normally we don’t have pick up from this area, if you’re available to pay the transportation we can pick up from the hotel, or you come to blue mall shopping." Why should we be spending on transportation when it clearly said free pickup???????? I ended up canceling my tour right on time. So beware if you plan to book with this tour operator and are in the Hyatt Ziva resort -- they DO NOT PICK YOU UP.

I didn’t expect parasailing to feel this calm and relaxing once you’re in the air. The boat crew was friendly and gave clear instructions. The entire ride felt smooth, and the view of the coastline was just beautiful. A perfect mix of adventure and peace.
