An organization that completely ruined the moment. We had booked a paragliding jump for our 16-year-old son to celebrate him passing his baccalaureate. The flight was scheduled for 3:00 PM and this time had been chosen deliberately to organize our whole day around this experience. Our idea was to then settle down near Kumburnu and especially to be present in the landing zone to see our son arrive from the air. His 3-year-old little brother was thus supposed to be able to admire his big brother flying and see him land. We then planned to enjoy the afternoon at the beach before returning quietly to prepare for our evening. The day before, I received a WhatsApp message asking me to move the appointment to 6 p.m., under the pretext that it would be "better" for the sunset. I explained clearly that no, that absolutely does not work for us since our whole day is organized around the 3 p.m. slot and this change would compromise our schedule. I was simply answered "OK". For us, the initial appointment was therefore maintained. A driver was supposed to pick up our son at the hotel at 3 p.m. Finally, no one at 3 p.m. They came to pick him up at 5 p.m., which is two hours later, and not with the planned transport but by motorcycle. I therefore found myself letting my 16-year-old son leave on a two-wheeler in the middle of extremely dense traffic, which frankly did not reassure me and did not correspond at all to the announced service. The rest was rushed through at an incredible speed. Thanks to the motorcycle weaving through traffic, they arrived at the top of the mountain very quickly. For our part, we took the car to reach the landing zone and find a place to park. When we arrived about 30 minutes later, our son had already landed and was waiting for us on the beach. We therefore saw neither his arrival in the air nor his landing. His little brother was also unable to see his big brother fly, even though that was precisely an important part of this gift and the reason why we had organized our day this way. Between the moment our son was picked up at the hotel and the moment we found him after his jump, about 40 minutes maximum had passed, including the trip to the takeoff site, briefing, preparation, flight, and landing. As for our afternoon at the beach, it obviously fell through with the two-hour delay. Once we found our son, it had become too late to really enjoy the beach, and we practically got back in the car right away to go home and get ready for dinner. What is particularly frustrating is that I had specifically refused the schedule change proposed the day before by explaining precisely that it would compromise our plans, and I was told "OK". Despite this, they came two hours after the agreed-upon time. Admittedly, traffic is heavy at those times, but they are locals; that can be anticipated. In the end, what was supposed to be a beautiful family memory to celebrate our son's high school graduation boiled down for us to seeing him leave at 5 p.m. on a motorcycle and finding him 40 minutes later already sitting on the beach. An experience that could have been memorable, but an organization that unfortunately deprived us of the entire moment we had planned to share as a family. Afterward, the jump itself was obviously masterful given the beauty of the landscapes. The mentality of the various professional organizations for "tourist" activities is truly detestable. We are just considered as wallets. It is deplorable. Same observation for two other activities booked here in advance. I should specify that over 3 weeks of vacation in Turkey and 3 other cities visited and activities booked, the situation is completely the opposite. Because of these experiences, we will never set foot in Oludeniz again.

Because we refused to refund a fully rendered, safe, and successful service, you have chosen to misrepresent the facts of that day on a public forum. First, safety is our absolute priority. On the day of your booking, unexpected weather conditions caused mandatory safety holds on our earlier flights. In aviation, we never compromise on weather parameters. This necessary backlog, combined with the extreme gridlocked traffic typical of the Ölüdeniz area during peak times, inevitably disrupted our afternoon schedule. Second, contrary to your claim that you refused a schedule change, our WhatsApp records clearly show that when we reached out to adjust the time slot due to these operational delays, you positively confirmed the new time. We proceeded with the late afternoon operation based entirely on your explicit agreement. When traffic came to a complete standstill, our standard transfer vehicles were physically unable to reach your hotel. Rather than simply canceling your son’s graduation gift, our team went to extraordinary lengths to save the booking. We utilized a motorcycle to bypass the severe traffic. Your son was provided with a proper helmet and was transported safely by an experienced local rider. This was not a failure of organization; it was a proactive, dedicated effort to ensure your son did not miss out on his flight. Because our rider efficiently navigated the traffic that unfortunately delayed your own drive in a car, your son reached the launch site and was able to enjoy a flight that you yourself admit was "spectacular." We are deeply passionate about sharing the sky with our guests, and to be characterized as treating customers like "walking wallets" is highly offensive. We went above and beyond, navigating both weather holds and extreme traffic, to deliver the unforgettable experience we promised. We are incredibly proud of the effort our team made to make this flight happen under challenging conditions, and we stand firmly by our decision to deny your request for a free flight. Our flight was simply beautiful and an absolutely unforgettable experience! The view during the flight was breathtaking and it was incredibly fun to enjoy the landscape from this perspective.
