I had a unique experience. I was actually data subject to visiting museums, but the opportunity to attend the papal audience attracted me and I wanted to participate. I must admit that it was an excellent choice, it was a long time since I felt such a deep emotion: first attending the audience and then, in the right spirit, the Vatican museums had a completely different light. It was not the first time I visited them, indeed, it must have been at least the fourth, but this last was unique. After the words of the Pope, the sculptures, the works, the rooms and the Sistine Chapel take on a whole other light, an almost spiritual beauty. This was an experience that I think I will repeat every time I return to Rome and I recommend it to you who are reading this review. I think it is the best way to appreciate the Vatican and the spiritual soul of the Eternal City! P.S. I also want to thank my guide and the organizers, you were fantastic and welcoming.

You didnt experience our services and You are this is not fair to us.When You buy a service You should read the rules and "before You book" as Vatican services can be changed or refound for any reasons and it is not our decision.
I did the tour with my mother because she is a religious person, but at the end I can say that it was even for me a good experience the places is really beautiful nothing that I saw before the personal and tour guide help us with to process to get in, our guide it was so knowledge at the end I enjoyed everything

The papal audience is wonderful, emotional, the pope walked past us with the popemobile. Although the lady who was supposed to receive us was 20 min late and we almost didn't get in on time. But then all is well. The guided tour of the Vatican museums very good and the guide in Spanish was very attentive and explicit 10 points to it. Thank you.

Although the staff were extremely friendly, I was disappointed with changing of times and the last minute communication.
Dear Susan, as I explaind You on the meeting point the Vatican is a separate state and they can decide of rescheduling any event or entrance time,an it happens that sometimes that is only a few moments before the tours start,or Papal Audience, and we can't do much about that.
