Very hot. You sit in one place for a long time looking for dolphins but only looking at water. Captain and deckhand were good
Thank you for taking the time to go on one of our dolphin tours. Yes the heat has been extreme lately. We hope that you would come back and try another trip with us as we try our hardest to give the best tour possible.
I was excited to take my family on the Sunday 2pm Dolphin Cruise. Before the boat left the dock I was regretting my decision. The first thing they did was start pushing the adult beverages( 7.00 beer) I had my 2 young grandkids and there were several young children on board also. No life jackets were required. Were told we could get one if we wanted to. Then the music started. Alot of the songs were not family friendly with nasty lyrics and loud. We chose the Sunday 2 pm cruise because we thought it would be family friendly. I was very disappointed and wished I had my 150.00 back. For adults only maybe but not little children appropriate. They should add that they serve alcohol and play nasty music to the website.
Thank you for your response, we are sorry you did not enjoy your tour with us. Alcohol is pretty standard for any larger tour boat we do not expect guest to over drink in the 1.5 hour tour. The music is being discussed with the captains to make sure this doesn’t happen again this doesn’t seem normal. Life jackets are not required on vessels over 27ft we do have them on the vessel for emergencies.
They were fantastic. The captain had lots of jokes and we saw so many dolphins. Can’t remember the names but I’ll just call them the 3 js. They were interested in how me and my son matched with bluey shirts.
It was a great experience! Definitely worth the trip. The guy that drove the boat was definitely fun and kept it interesting the whole time.
It was a great trip. Water was pretty rough and the captain didn’t a great job managing it. Saw a lot of dolphins!
A great adventure for anyone interested in seeing dolphins and sea turtles in their natural habitat. The boat ride was very fun and enjoyable.
We seen a lot of dolphins and a Manatee. The captain was awesome, he explained everything about the areas around us and about some other captains. Seems like they all know each other well and the communication between them on the water was great. We had to come in like 5 minutes early due to a medical emergency on the boat. But we definitely got to see what we went for and more. The Captain and Bailey (which was assisting him and us that wanted drinks) were the best. I go them both a 5 ⭐ anyway. He did offer rain check for coming in 5 minutes early but we didn't get them because we had an amazing time. Nobody should have gotten a rain check, them two did their job and then some. Thank you dolphin tours for making our day special for my family and I. We will be back.
Enjoyable cruise with lots of dolphins! Captain was friendly and engaging. Highly recommend, great time!
It was amazing the whole experience was great! I enjoyed it with my family my mother especially since it was for her birthday surprise.
We had an excellent time and saw so many dolphins and sea turtles! Definitely worth it for the the price!
