PAMUKKALE: Pamukkale o il ''Cotton Castle' è una cascata bianca scintillante, formata da sorgenti termali cariche di pietra calcarea che hanno formato stalattiti, buche e magiche favole. Si ritiene che l'acqua sia benefica per gli occhi e la pelle per alleviare i mali di asma, reumatismi e dermatiti. È possibile guadare nelle piccole piscine sull'altopiano o puoi fare un tuffo nella piscina dell'Hotel Pamukkale che si trova proprio sul sito della piscina sacra. È esaltante remare attraverso quella che sembra l'acqua riscaldata di Schwepp mentre si osservano gli antichi frammenti di colonne sotto la superficie dell'acqua. Per quanto siano fan le terme, non trascurare una visita alla splendida Hierapolis. Le rovine si estendono per un miglio sulla città fondata da Eumene II di Pergamo e lasciata in eredità da Attalo II a Roma. Fu raso al suolo da un terremoto nell'anno d.C. 17 ma fu rapidamente ricostruita e conobbe prosperità tra il II e il III secolo.

Our guide Beliz told a lot of interesting facts and was very helpful.Driver Ilver organized quick and safe transportation from and to the apartment.Pamukkale and Hierapolis Ancient Theater are impressive.

The tour is perfect. you can just pay the fee and sit back and relax. The guide Bekir has great knowledge locally and very well communicated through out the trip. We also felt the driving and vehicle to be very safe . Well organized, planned and communicated on a whole. Will definitely recommend to anyone going with this travels.

We had an incredible day today with our tour group visiting Pamukkale. Everything was absolutely perfect—from the comfortable van and knowledgeable guide to the delicious lunch we enjoyed. The planning and service were top-notch. Highly recommended for everyone!

The tour guide and driver made our trip they were so friendly and hilarious guys. They made us feel so welcome. Even though it was a long day they made it so much fun. Such a beautiful place too highly recommend

My girlfriend could have been seriously injured during the skydiving in Pamukkale. Whilst my pilot could land safely, her pilot flew very low across the road near the landing area and came extremely close to colliding with a passing car. When I asked the owner for an explanation, or an apology to know this wouldn't happen again, he gave no apology and then tried to accuse us of not paying the full amount which we did
Dear guest, First of all, our company contacted you and politely asked this question! Our tour guide received an incomplete payment from you. For confirmation purposes, we were asked how much payment was received from you, but when you said you paid the entire amount without specifying the amount, we dropped the money issue. But you came back with accusations against us. We've watched your girlfriend's paragliding video many times. Wind is an important factor in such activities. At the moment of landing, the adverse wind causes the parachute to rise again and the pilot makes another sortie to minimize the danger, warns the passing vehicle to stop and performs a safe landing. Why were you expecting an apology from us when you thanked the pilot that day? Kind regards
Unfortunately the landscape is no longer what we see in images. The lack of water leads to 'cotton castles' with no water. The landscape is most marble.
Our driver was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the people. Coordinated between both hotels to pick everyone up doing the tour, including people doing the tour not in our group. I lost a ring in the bus and our driver looked for it while we were at a stop and eventually found it later, and drove out of his way to bring it to our hotel. The company had a miscommunication with two different groups providing the same pick up time and our driver + guide accommodated everyone making the tour enjoyable for everyone. He managed our time very well and went out of his way to make sure everyone had what they needed.

Overall this tour is really good. Seeing Pamukkale and swimming in thermal pools was such a fun experience. Beautiful scenery to look at on the way to and from the location! A few things that were not ideal would be the pick up experience. All our tickets said 7am and even if I clicked on ‘view pick up location and time’ it would still show 7am, however the driver was here at 6:20, which was the actual pick up time. Both us and another family did not know that and we had to rush out to the lobby from bed. Pick up times should be communicated clearly to people. Another let down was lunch. The tour guide kept calling it a restaurant, which is wasn’t. It was a building with catering set up inside. No AC, bathrooms outsides. If we knew that would be the case, we wood eat at Pamukkale. But again, overall we had an amazing day, that’s why I still want to give it 4 stars. Thank you to everyone who organized it, we had tons of fun.
