This is a must-do, and the best part is that it's in the CBD. I was a bit nervous, having never held a gun or been near one before. Pssst - keep the earplugs on as the shots are really loud, especially if it's your first time; it can be intimidating. Also, wear long sleeves as the bullet cases can burn you if they fall on your skin. The staff who handled us were very polite, firm on safety and patient, helping me build my confidence. This activity is adrenaline-filled and one of the best experiences. We took the Special Forces package, which is R1950. We spent about an hour and a half. The activity can be done solo, as a couple or in a group of friends. We were four, plus our Driver and guide, Gift (Message if you need a concierge in Cape Town.)

We had such a great time doing this. I have shot firearms before but my family were new to it. It was safe, secure and the guide was helpful and knowledgeable. The packed are really good and we were lucky enough to get a two for one voucher. It is not everyone’s cup of tea but I loved it!
