Scam of the century — extremely disappointing and dishonest experience. Let me start by explaining how the day actually goes. Pickup is around 6:45–7:15 a.m., followed by a 45-minute to one-hour drive to the port. Once you arrive, you wait another 20–30 minutes before boarding a boat for another 45-minute to one-hour ride. Another major issue is the boat itself. There are not enough seats for everyone. If you want to sit on the upper level of the boat, you are required to purchase a drink for 50,000 Indonesian rupiah per drink in order to sit upstairs. After already paying for the excursion, being asked to spend additional money simply to have access to seating was frustrating and felt like yet another unnecessary upcharge. After arriving, there is yet another 20–30-minute wait before signing waivers and beginning the snorkeling portion. The snorkeling excursion itself lasts around two hours and includes three different locations. However, we spent less than 15 minutes at each location, and there was very little marine life to see. For something advertised as a snorkeling experience, it was incredibly underwhelming. Afterward, you return to the second port to change clothes. Definitely bring a second set of clothing. From there, you are taken to lunch. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not enjoyable. There were bugs everywhere, including tiny insects crawling around the tables, which made the dining experience very uncomfortable. After lunch, you visit three additional locations, again spending less than 15 minutes at each. In my opinion, none of these stops justified the amount of traveling, waiting, and rushing involved throughout the day. The worst part of the experience happened on the return trip. We were told that transportation could not take us directly to the port because of traffic. However, based on what we observed, that explanation did not appear consistent with the actual situation. Instead, we were put in a position where we had to rush more than two miles trying to check in and catch a boat that was about to leave without us. What made the situation even worse was how we were treated while clearly stressed and trying to make the boat. Some of the people assisting with transportation were laughing and appeared to be mocking us rather than helping. We were then faced with paying motorbike drivers additional money to get us to the port quickly enough to avoid missing the boat. The entire situation felt deliberately created to pressure us into paying more for transportation. This was extremely frustrating and felt dishonest. Between the inadequate seating on the boat, additional charges to sit upstairs, excessive waiting, extremely short stops, disappointing snorkeling, poor lunch conditions, and the chaos surrounding the return transportation, this excursion was absolutely not worth what we paid. A vacation excursion should not involve spending most of the day waiting, being rushed through attractions, worrying about missing transportation, and repeatedly encountering unexpected additional charges. I would not recommend this tour based on our experience. If you do decide to book it, bring extra clothes, extra money for unexpected charges and transportation, and be prepared for a very long day with significantly less time at each attraction than you may expect.

Well-organized day but no manta rays on the horizon!

We had a wonderful day! The sites were beautiful! Lots of fish and clear water! They sent all our underwater photos and videos to me the next day! The guides take awesome photos of you at the look outs! Highly recommend!

Nusa Penida Island tour and snorkeling

Booked the tour right on the beach via "TOM " Mongkey Bali Tour The driver picked us up clearly in time, escorted from start to finish. Even if you don't know English - it's not a problem at all. You will be found and taken everywhere )))) by water from the port of Sanur to Nusa Penida walk comfortable ships, journeys 45 minutes. Then you go to a fairytale island with extraordinary views and cool snorkelling! Drivers here - it is a special miracle how they maneuver along narrow roads, and they also have time to joke!))) fast boats take you along picturesque bays to see bright coral reefs and colored fish! We even met the manta and the dolphins. Thank you very much, it's cool.

Such an amazing tour. Very well organised and communicated, safe and secure at all times. Tour guides very informative and helpful. Great team involved, food, water and snorkelling gear all perfectly fine. The whole boat team were really fun, stopping for photos including taking some amazing underwater pics for us for free.
