Pacchetto di due ore

Wanted to try an authentic Ayurveda package on our trip to Sri Lanka and saved until we reached Bentota our last stop. Found this centre on Tripadvisor and visited for the two hour package including Shirodhara, Thermo massage and herbal inhalation. Came away feeling very relaxed. Thanks to Mrs Dilki and Mr Chinthaka who made our visit one to remember. Totally recommend if you find yourself in Bentota soon. May be a little rustic but also half the cost of the mainstream hotel offerings and always good to try something you haven’t experienced before.

2-hour Ayurveda massage service per person for about €40 per person. Excellent massage therapists, a big thank you to both of them, Shaminda and Wasana. They were very professional and have a lot of massage technique. Relaxation guaranteed!!! The only point to note is that the setting is very simple, even basic, so if you want a spa with pretty decor, this is not necessarily the right place. For us, it was perfect!!!👍

afre 4 years I got a chance to experience again the excellent service this place offers.. to sir lakmal & staffs thank you for the wonderful relaxing stay.. to my super friendly & professional therapist thank you.. I really recommend Bentota Ayurdeva Center.. hope to see you soon again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing experience the massage was incredible the staff were so attentive and really worked hard to give a good massage. The location was beautiful and they picked us up and dropped us off. Very happy with the service.

Excellent, it is truly incredible, you have to try it. The staff is incredible, smiling, and very professional

We had an Ayurvedic treatment for myself and spouse. It was very authentic and traditional The staff are extremely skilled and very focused. It was a pleasure to meet the owner Mr Lakmal. He has a vast knowledge in the subject matter and highly qualified in the field. I would certainly recommend everyone to visit Bentota Ayurvedic center to experience the traditional Sri Lankan medicine and Ayurvedic treatments.

The time at the Bentota Ayurveda Center was pure relaxation for me – the soothing Ayurveda massages and the individually tailored program made me feel completely regenerated and balanced. The whole team is well trained and responds to the various problems. What I experienced there went far beyond wellness – my back pain has been resolved significantly by the deep-acting, warm oil treatments, and my skin has regained balance and radiance through the gentle, natural Ayurvedic care. I have been here several times and can therefore highly recommend this place.

Very good professional massage. I was treated very well amd would recommend this place very highly.

This spa is amazing. Clean smells good. The massages are of quality and very reasonable price compared to our country. The entire team is very professional. They have been Therapists for several years who really take care of their clients. We had the pleasure of also being massaged by the owner of the place who is himself a Therapist. Special mention for Ma Therapist, who is a brunette lady with a magnificent smile, we came five days in a row to have us massaged. I hope she sees this message, my little Lady, may God protect you <3 thank you for your kindness.

Perfect massage and experience
