Pablo Escobar + Comuna13 tour

Horrible, we did not do the tour. 9 of us booked and they did not show up or reach out. They said they thought it was a scam but we booked through viator and they didn't even email or send messages to confirm. This may be a scam

We did the combined Pablo Escobar and comune 13 tour. We didn’t really know much on the subject and never watched any of the shows that have been published. Diego told a lot of (personal) stories about the history and it was super interesting! He is a great and very interesting guy who has been through things that most of us can’t even imagine. It certainly is an experience that gets you thinking and will stay with you for some time.

If you get Diego as your guide, consider yourself lottery lucky. At first I was scared to go to Columbia, as I have heard how dangerous it can be here, however thanks to Diego I had no worries. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the history of Medellin, but he is also street smart. He had an unique way of always being with the group, helping with whatever we needed, but also giving us enough space for it to feel as if we were on our own. On the 2nd day I dropped my phone in the Hot tub and it was completely broken. I still had a week left here and was in panic mode. The minute I told Diego he reach it to his connects and in less than 2 hours I had a backup phone that he let me borrow for the remainder of my trip. Seriously would not have had even close to as good of a time if it wasn’t for Diego.

Diego is amazing. We had such a great day exploring Medellin and the Comuna 13. Diego shares his personal experiences, which really enhanced our understanding. This tour lived up to my expectations and beyond. If you’re looking to do an Escobar tour then this is THE tour to take. You won’t be disappointed.

Diago is the best made our bachelor party as funny and fun that it ever could have been!!!!!! If you want to feel safe and have a good time please use diago!!!!

Guide - Diego Really unique perspective on the Escobar times in Medellin. First hand accounts of what it was like working for the cartel. Extremely knowledgeable , patient, answers all different types of questions. We came in not knowing much about Escobar and leaving feeling like experts . Engaging, interesting.

One of the what tours I’ve done in South America if not the best. We done the Pablo Escobar tour + Communa 13. Got to learn the real history of Escobar and Colombia that you won’t get on tv or online. Couldn’t recommend the tour enough, Diego was absolutely amazing, his information was incredible!

We took the tour with Sat Tours - Diego (the guide) was waiting for us right on time outside the hotel, greeting us with a smile and full of explanations! Diego used to work in the Escobar cartel, he knows the inside stories and presents things in a fascinating and different way, exposing details that not many people know. We spent a whole day with him and enjoyed every moment! It was fascinating and interesting, and also at the end when going to Comuna 13 (a colorful and nice neighborhood of pavilions) he accompanied us and explained everything! In short - highly recommended!
