Verremo a prendervi direttamente dal vostro hotel al Cairo per una giornata emozionante alla scoperta dei famosi siti di El Fayoum! Si tratta di circa 95 km di auto dal Cairo a Fayoum. Preparati per un safari di un'intera giornata nel nostro confortevole 4WD come tour intorno a Wadi Rayan, che è un'Area Protetta dal 1989. La nostra avventura comincia nello splendido Wadi El Rayan, riconosciuto dall'UNESCO come sito Patrimonio dell'Umanità grazie agli incredibili scheletri di balena di 40 milioni di anni fa che vi si trovano. Sulla strada per le splendide cascate di Wadi El Rayan, ci fermeremo al Lago Magico, dove avrai la possibilità di provare il sandboarding lungo le dune, e poi visiteremo la montagna Mudawara. Dopodiché, ci dirigeremo verso le mozzafiato cascate di Wadi El Rayan. Wadi El Rayan è una depressione naturale nel deserto occidentale, caratterizzata da due laghi uniti dalle uniche cascate egiziane, create nel 1970 dalle acque traboccanti dei terreni agricoli di Fayoum. Il lago Qaroun si trova a nord del governatorato di Fayoum. Si trova a circa 20 km a nord della città di Fayoum, 80 a sud ovest del Cairo. è uno dei monumenti naturali più ricchi e preziosi dell'Egitto. Il lago Qarun ha ricevuto il suo status di protettorato, non solo per la sua evidente bellezza e importanza per uccelli e persone, ma anche per la sua impareggiabile importanza storica, naturale e scientifica.
La riserva di Wadi El Rayan è composta da sette parti: i laghi superiore e inferiore, le sorgenti di El Rayan, le cascate di El Rayan, la montagna El Modawara (o Jabal El Modawara in arabo), la montagna El Rayan (Jabal El Rayan) e Wadi El Hitan (La valle delle balene). Tutte queste zone sono ricche di paesaggi sorprendenti come oasi, montagne, formazioni rocciose e cascate.
Il piccolo villaggio di Tunisi (‘izbat Tunisi) si trova nell’oasi di Fayoum, sulla strada per Wadi Rayan. Situato su una collina di fronte a un grande lago di acqua salata, il villaggio si affaccia su una vista mozzafiato sul bordo del deserto dall'altra parte del lago. Great trip and worth the money! Megoo was a great guide. He told us about everything up front, so there were no surprises and the trip was great. Our driver was also great and knew exactly what he was doing at all times. We highly recommend taking this trip when visiting Cairo
Very poor experience as the tour guide that we had and we picked up in Cairo, had NO IDEA what we were doing and where we were going. Also it was the first time he had been a guide in this area and he specialized in antiquity, which is not the case there either. Our driver was phenomenal, but our tour guide had no idea where we were going and his english was VERY poor. Lastly the restaurant that they suggest is literally ripping you off. The mentioned price is 15$ (for a meal that in Cairo costs 5) , and somehow we ended up paying 30$ each. 60$ for 2 people in Egypt is the steal of the centrury for a plate of food. You should protect your customers as a company arranging these things not taking us to get robbed in broad daylight. Very poor experice in a very nice place.

Excellent guide, good itinerary, I recommend it, we went with the family, super safe, economical, and a good tour guide guided us super well.
The tour covered all the key sites to see at the pyramids, saqquara and Memphis. We also had a nice lunch and visited an papyrus factory with (overpriced) souvenirs. All in all a good tour, however our tour guide wasn't very talkative. He gave a few highlights at each location and otherwise quiet unless probed for more information. That said, he was very gracious in taking several great photos of my mom and I. He took them with his phone camera of better quality and sent me the files. I really appreciated this.
