When we went from the airport to the outrigger we were picked up in a very clean Van uniformed driver it was all very professional and gave a 5 star rating. On our return we were picked up in a car by an uniformed person and we were wondering why and if we were in the right car. The man explained that he was a subcontractor to viator. The man was pleasant however seemed tired. half way through our trip he stated closing his eyes for short periods so i said are you ok he then asked if he could stop the car and have a quick break because he had been driving since 6 am. he got out of the car washed his face and got back in and started driving. my wife and i felt very unsafe and were very relieved once at the airport.
Good communication by Xplore to double check the booking the day prior when i accidentally used the airport transfer service to transfer from hotel to hotel. The bus was clean and tidy with aircon which was a blessing in the heat :D. Friendly driver and informative guide around nadi.
