Il giro in barca dell’isola di Ortigia e delle Grotte Marine è la giusta occasione per esplorare e lasciarsi affascinare dalle bellezze della natura e della storia di quest’isola. Il nostro tour parte dal Ponte Umbertino dirigendoci verso il Porto Piccolo di Siracusa (Lo Sbarcadero), dedicato alla nostra patrona Santa Lucia. Da lì ci recheremo verso tre Grotte Marine naturali, di cui una a forma di cuore. Successivamente proseguiremo verso il Lungomare di Levante dell’isola, dove sarà possibile ammirare l’imponente fortezza nel cuore dell'antica città, il Castello Maniace. Continueremo l'escursione con ulteriori monumenti importanti come la Fonte Aretusa, una sorgente d’acqua dolce che incontra il mar Ionio, e ci sarà la possibilità di un bagno rinfrescante in queste acque cristalline vivendo un'esperienza unica. Finiremo il tour rientrando dal Porto Grande La Marina.

Itinerario
Ammiriamo il monumento ai caduti italiani d'Africa che risale all'epoca fascista di Benito Mussolini. Inizialmente era destinato all'Etiopia ma con lo scoppio della Seconda Guerra Mondiale il governo italiano decise di trasferire l'opera nella città di Siracusa. il monumento commemora i caduti italiani durante la guerra d’ Etiopia.
La fortezza del Castello Maniace, visto via mare da una vista mozzafiato, consigliamo di fotografare questa esperienza unica.
La fonte Aretusa, uno specchio d'acqua nell'isola, la sua origine è lo sviluppo di uno dei tanti sfoghi della falda freatica, la falda che alimenta anche il fiume Ciane nel lato opposto del Porto. Nella fonte è ambientata la leggenda di Aretusa e Alfeo, uno dei miti più affascinanti di Siracusa. Qui faremo un tuffo rinfrescante!

We took a tour of the island with Captain Enzo. Very nice experience, Enzo was super helpful in answering all the questions (especially the children's) always with a smile. A super positive experience from the welcome at reception to the very end. Highly recommended.

Yesterday we took this boat tour as a couple, with other people, with Captain Michelangelo! Very nice, truly, and super competent! He knew how to give us information in both Italian and English, and he had us visit the 3 sea caves, and took us on a boat tour of the island in 1 hour. He even offered us sparkling wine. Highly recommended if you come to Ortigia!!!!

Capitano Enzo was a excellent guide and boatsman, full of local knowledge. A very relaxing tour , especially nice before sunset.

Thanks to Captain Enzo, this was the highlight of our trip to Syracuse. His boat was exceptionally clean and spacious, and well equipped to protect us from the searing sun. The ride was smooth and required considerable skipper skill. But most of all, we enjoyed learning about the local history from Captain Enzo, who gave us a warm welcome and left us with lasting memories. Would recommend unreservedly.

A fantastic boat trip with a wonderful guide/skipper - Miguel Angelo!! A lovely refreshing glass of Prosecco to enjoy and the opportunity for a swim. Excellent value and would highly recommended 😍

Corrado boat tour is a serious partner and Captain Raul despite the rather rough seas entered the caves without difficulty. During the tour Raul told in French and Italian what we were seeing, the final touch of the prosecco was much appreciated. I highly recommend
