This food tour was a lot of fun. Paulette was amazing, informative, and entertaining. The food was all delicious and seemed to never stop... COME HUNGRY AND BE PREPARED FOR LEFTOVERS!
This was a nice gentle walk, eating a variance of Bajan foods which were a delight. There is a lot of food, far more than we expected but all of it was amazing. Paulette was knowledgably and gave us some interesting insights in to Bridgetown and Bajan history. The cost could have been a bit less but as this was just the 6 of us, it seemed like a private tour. Be prepared to expand your belt and have a nap afterwards.

We had a great time and we were so full of Bajan food by the end of the tour. Janelle was so informative and hospitable. She showed us around Bridgetown and all of the local spots, where we got to mingle with locals and find out more about the food. It’s definitely worth booking, we had a great time thanks Janelle!

Our guide Janelle was fantastic. She has a wealth of knowledge about the city of Bridgetown and the countries favourite dishes and their origins. Starting at 10:30a.m. and lasting around 3 1/2 hours, the tour is a perfect length, leaving you time to explore on your own afterwards or head back to the beach for the remainder of the afternoon. Would definitely recommend.
