Piazza della Libertà, precedentemente conosciuta come Erivansky o Paskevich-Erivansky Square sotto la Russia imperiale e Piazza Beria e Piazza Lenin sotto l'Unione Sovietica, si trova nel centro di Tbilisi all'estremità orientale del viale Rustaveli.
Parte vecchia della città
La Basilica di Santa Maria Anchiskhati è la più antica chiesa sopravvissuta a Tbilisi, in Georgia. Appartiene alla Chiesa ortodossa georgiana e risale al VI secolo.
Una delle più recenti attrazioni di Tbilisi, il Ponte della Pace, che ha aperto nel 2010 sul fiume Mtkvari (noto anche come il fiume Kura).
Shardeni Street è una delle strade più famose e più belle di Tbilisi. Questa strada pedonale è così famosa che ogni ospite che viaggia in Georgia non lascia mai questo paese senza visitare Shardeni Street.

La scultura di Guya Djaparidze e Kokha Koridze si trova vicino al muro settentrionale della chiesa armena di St Kevork. Nella stessa chiesa Sayat - Nova insieme ad altri cristiani si nascondeva durante lo scià Aga Mohamed Kadjar nel 1795. Sayat-Nova fu ucciso sulla soglia di quella chiesa e vi fu sepolto.

La Cattedrale della Dormizione di Sioni è una cattedrale ortodossa georgiana a Tbilisi, la capitale della Georgia. Seguendo una tradizione medievale georgiana di nominare chiese dopo particolari luoghi in Terra Santa, la Cattedrale di Sioni porta il nome del Monte Sion a Gerusalemme.
Kartlis Deda è un monumento nella capitale della Georgia, Tbilisi. La statua fu eretta sulla cima del colle Sololaki nel 1958, l'anno in cui Tbilisi celebrò il suo 1500 ° anniversario. I really enjoyed the walking tour of Old Tbilisi with, also known as “Sushi” — a fun nickname she told us is easy to remember, just like the food! 😄 Oksana is an excellent guide. Her English is perfect, and she is very knowledgeable about Georgia, its history, culture and traditions. She took us to all the interesting and important places in the Old Town and gave us lots of useful information, not only about the sights but also about Georgian food, restaurants and transportation. She was friendly, helpful and happy to answer all our questions, which made the tour both interesting and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Oksana “Sushi” to anyone visiting Tbilisi and wanting to discover the city with a knowledgeable and friendly local guide. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the tour with Salome, and it was a joyful and fun experience, full of interesting facts about Georgia and Tbilisi. The tour guide (Jonah) was informative and delivered the information in a casual and easy going way, he was quite cheerful and patient with us. A lot of walking so get your best walking shoes, cane for those steep and loose cobble stone pavements recommended as well. While the rest of the tour group went wine tasting I had a heat stroke and two nearby car-rental Georgians helped us with a place to sit and water; we attempted to offer money and they kindly refused. In general this was a great walk down history lane.
