Masjid-i-Jehan-Numa, comunemente nota come Jama Masjid di Delhi, è una delle più grandi moschee dell'India. Fu costruita dall'imperatore Mughal Shah Jahan tra il 1644 e il 1656. La moschea si trova all'interno della storica città di Shahjahanabad, oggi conosciuta come la località della Vecchia Delhi.
Il Red Fort o Lal Qila è un forte storico nel quartiere Old Delhi di Delhi, in India, che storicamente è stato la residenza principale degli imperatori Mughal. L'imperatore Shah Jahan commissionò la costruzione del Forte Rosso il 12 maggio 1638, quando decise di spostare la sua capitale da Agra a Delhi.
Il Chandni Chowk è uno dei mercati più antichi e frequentati della Vecchia Delhi, in India. Il monumento del Forte Rosso si trova all'estremità orientale di Chandni Chowk. Fu costruito nel XVII secolo dall'imperatore Mughal dell'India, Shah Jahan, e progettato da sua figlia, Jahanara. Un tempo il mercato era diviso da canali (ora chiusi) per riflettere la luce della luna. Rimane uno dei più grandi mercati all'ingrosso dell'India.
Khari Baoli è una strada a Delhi, in India, nota per la sua drogheria all'ingrosso e il più grande mercato di spezie all'ingrosso dell'Asia che vende una varietà di spezie, noci, erbe e prodotti alimentari come riso e tè. Attivo dal 17° secolo.
Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib è uno dei nove Gurdwara storici di Delhi. Fu costruito per la prima volta nel 1783 come piccolo santuario da Baghel Singh per commemorare il luogo del martirio del nono Guru Sikh, Guru Tegh Bahadur e fu probabilmente ampliato dopo la ribellione indiana del 1857 o dopo la divisione dell'India.

Prashant Upadhyay was my guide for 22 days travelling through Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Prashant took the time to ask what our tour priorities were then delivered a most comprehensive and informative tour during which time he was very caring of our group and always provided comfort, safety and ensured we were always sheltered from the hot sun while he spoke about each tour destination. He asked if we had any questions about the history, culture and geography of India and if he didnt know the answer came back the following day with a full answer. He ensured that our accommodation and food was of a high standard and if we weren't happy he followed it up with the proprietors and ensured we were compensated for any discomfort.
