We did the 2.5 ATV tour and waterfalls hike the first day. We had a flat tire but they changed the ATV right away. Thanks to Logan for staying with us. It was a great ride with rocky roads and passing thru river crossing. The waterfall hike was moderate, we did an exhilarating jump to the natural pool. The second day we did the Zip lining for 2 hrs and there was only the two of us, started at 8am tour just me and my husband. Kia and Brian our guides did an amazing job , very patient in explaining everything as I have fear of heights. They made sure to explain what to do on each zip line station and what to expect. This was such a great experience for us, at 63 I think I would not have done it without their kindness, professionalism and empathy. Kudos to all the staff and our driver Joshua.

I had an amazing experience during this tour. Staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. They made my birthday trip memorable. There is an hour between both activities. Plan to hydrate due to the humid climate.

This was first time on any excursion - everyone there is so nice - I recommend starting ATV early or booking the one for 3 hours that one will get you to do the ocean views and ride on the sand — zip line is so much fun and they get the greatest photos - everyone is very nice and helpful ! I can’t wait to return to do the excursions I missed out on this time . Logan and Josue helped us out on our tours Brycen as well kept us safe the whole time .

So close to excellence just tweaks needed. The staff were the stars of the show. Our driver was terrible, spoke no English & last to pick up for journey home by almost an hour! The insurance thing on the quad bikes was terrible & should be included. Improvement needed in the wait time between getting seated for quad bikes & actually leaving. Our ride was cut short by 20 minutes because of another group doing a no show & us waiting, not fair & one of our bikes stopped working so we had to wait for it to be replaced. Otherwise quad bikes were such fun!! Zip lining staff were excellent, no mucking about once up there though - go, go, go no time to take a breath!! Great day out overall

We did the zip-lining first with, im gonna butcher her name, Freilla and her crew and had a great time they were super friendly and enjoyable! Then we had a small break between that and the next tour so we ate lunch at the restaurant, and the food was great! After lunch we had our ATV tour with Bryson and Hellen who were also fantastic and fun. Definitely a great day and highly recommend.

The experience was good however I paid $1000 as deposit for the ATV, was told it will be refunded immediately however still have not seen it in my bank account. I contacted support and they were not being very helpful. I will report back if I don’t end up getting my deposit back.

It’s unfortunate that I can’t give this experience a full 5 stars. The ziplining portion of the tour was absolutely incredible. The guides were amazing—funny, helpful, and made the experience unforgettable. If this review were based on ziplining alone, it would be a solid 5 stars without hesitation. However, the ATV portion of the tour was a complete nightmare. Our guide showed little to no concern for the group. At one point, someone in our group had a serious issue with her ATV and actually fell off. Despite us yelling and calling out, the guide was nowhere to be found. Thankfully, she wasn’t seriously injured and managed to pull the ATV to the side and get back on by herself. Because of this, I can only give the overall experience 4 stars—and that’s entirely thanks to the fantastic ziplining tour and its incredible staff. If you're thinking about booking, I strongly recommend only doing the ziplining tour. Skip the bundle, unless you're willing to take the risk. I truly hope others have a better ATV experience than we did.
Hello Lexi, Warm greetings from the entire team of Vista los Sueños Adventure Park. We sincerely regret the unfortunate moment that occurred during the ATV tour. It is important to remember that this is an adventure activity, and, as indicated when singing the waiver, it involves certain real risks. In case of the person who experience the fall, our team was present all the time to provide immediate assistance. She herself told us that she got scare and stepped off the ATV while it was still moving, witch caused the situation. The guide was a few meters ahead, which may have made it difficult for him to see what was happening at the exact moment, but as soon at the incident occurred , all the safety and emergency protocols were activite. The person received the necessary attention and was even offered transportation to the clinic, an option that she declined, as fortunately, she did not suffer any serious injuries. We understand that this incident affected your groups experience, although it was not related to the quality of the tour or the service provided by our guides, but rather to the inherent nature of an adventure activity. We truly appreciate your positive feedback about the zipline tour and the work of our guides, and we take your comments into account to continue improving every day.
