I booked this private airport transfer from Brooklyn to LaGuardia Airport in a luxury sedan because of the excellent reviews, and it absolutely lived up to them. From the start, the service felt professional and thoughtful, within a couple of hours of booking, the company messaged to thank me for my reservation and let me know driver details would be sent the night before departure, which gave me immediate peace of mind. My driver, Khalid, arrived 15 minutes early and texted to let me know he was outside whenever I was ready. He was fantastic, as soon as I came out the door, he helped with my luggage and made the entire experience feel seamless. The car was spotless, comfortable, and even smelled great, which made for a really relaxing ride to the airport. The service didn’t stop at drop-off, Khalid also assisted with my luggage upon arrival at the airport and wished me a safe and enjoyable flight, which was such a thoughtful touch. Professional, reliable, and genuinely warm service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
