It was an amazing excursion. The pigs swimming in the water was fantastic. It was clean and very well structured. After the pigs you get to enjoy the island with paddle boarding, kayaking or water trampoline. The beach is beautiful with the clearest water. They only negative or misleading thing is that there was no turtle viewing. Overall however it was fantastic and I would do it again.
The experience was good, and overall I would recommend it. The beach area was small so it got crowded, but the water was nice and clear. The pigs were very cute, but time with them was short - maybe only 15 minutes and then another 10-15 minutes in line to take a photo with a baby pig. I went with some children and they all enjoyed it. The only reason I can’t give it 5 star is because it’s nearly half price when paying cash in person. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have purchased online and just done it when I got there.
the meeting spot was not at the correct location. it was a 3rd company no viator signs. You only actual get 15 mins with pigs.
Good Day. For those that are not aware, Viator/Trip Advisor/Get You Guide/etc. are BOOKING platforms. These booking platforms do not own or manage any of the tours advertised around the world….The sign had our company logo which is the operator that you booked with and the operator is clearly stated on your Viator booking. Otherwise no one would ever find anyone if everyone labeled their booth Viator since they advertise millions of tours around the world. As for the pig encounter, it is 30-40 mins long. Guests are expected to manage their time properly once guides announce the start time for groups. If you’re not keeping conscious of time and arrive to the beach area late, of course your time will feel cut short. Thank you.
My daughter and I had a lovely time on this excursion!! This was by far the best part of our trip to Nassau! The boat ride was further than we had thought but it was nice and cool on a hot day. Heads up- be careful of the way the wind blows and where you sit on the boat on the way there because you will get wet. We sat on the back right of the boat on the way there and were soaked by the time we got to the island! The pigs were adorable and so well behaved. We even got to hold a baby piglet at the end! Such a beautiful and relaxed beach. Absolutely would do it again and recommend it to everyone!
My mom and I had a lovely time on this excursion! We were on the Royal Caribbean - Freedom of the Seas ship and booked through trip advisor for the 9:30am time slot! Great value for the same excursion offered through the ship. The guides were helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to add extra fun to the day. Stopping to find turtles and give the short tour of famous houses along the way was a bonus but very fun! The actual pig experience was extremely clean and fun. No hesitation to do it again or recommend to others who are not sure!! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a little more ala carte selection of food choices once we were done with pig portion. Highly recommend!!
Excellent experience, it surpassed our expectations. Amazing place, perfect time to enjoy all the amenities and included activities. The pigs are incredibly funny, just follow the instructions and you will be safe!!
Had a wonderful experience, staff were friendly and helpful. Trip to the island was smooth and once at the island everything was explained very well. The island was clean. The pigs were well cared for and we had a great time. The activities on the island were all free with our experience and were an added benefit. For the price we paid, I would definitely do this again.
Wonderful all the way around!
The logs were okay but we were supposed to also see sea turtles — we didn’t see any at all. Also others were getting same package that included lunch and paid same price - we didn’t get lunch.
Absolutely not. 1. The people that paid for lunch with their booking got lunch period. You were more than welcome to add it on. You did not add it on. The beach bar is also à la carte if desired. And package prices are definitely not the same with or without lunch and this is said with certainty as we are looking at the bookings as we speak. Incorrect information is not appreciated. 2. The turtles are in their natural habitats. They are wild. They do not always appear on command. The description stated this. Reviews are appreciated when constructive.
I never leave reviews but this was such a fun experience we did with our 10 and 12 year old girls. The entire operation was well run and organized. I recommend booking the first group of the day. The pigs actually swam and ate the food! It ended up bringing so much fun! We all got a cup of food to feed the pigs and time to take individual pictures. The beach was clean and beautiful! My daughters enjoyed using the kayak and paddle boards afterwards. We didn’t eat the buffet but were able to buy cold drinks for the boat ride back. All in all a great morning! Highly recommend booking this instead of directly with the cruise line which would have been more than double the price.
