We did not book a tour. We stood in line for a free tour. The line looks long but it moves fairly quickly. This is not to be missed. The restoration is amazing to see.

Great tour, well worth it!
Our guide, Arthur, was fabulous! He was very personable and he was able to answer all of our questions. We really enjoyed our time with him! We highly recommend this Paris tour — well done Arthur!

Visit to Notre Dame de Paris
Our guide was welcoming and very interesting. He started by explaining to us the history of Saint-Julien-le-Pauvre and the oldest neighborhood in Paris, which was called Lutetia. Afterward, he gave us explanations about the facade of Notre-Dame, which he described as a living Bible. Thank you Arthur, it was a very beautiful visit!

Great tour of Notre Dame and surrounding area

Fraud
The ticket for Notre-Dame de Paris does not work. It's a scam. Same thing for the Palace of Versailles

Our guide was waiting for you at the meeting point indicated on your reservation voucher, at the scheduled time. The meeting point is clearly written on your booking confirmation to avoid any confusion. The voucher you received is meant to be shown to the guide at the meeting point, not at the monument entrance. This is why you were not allowed to enter directly.
