Great experience with The Guide Father in both Lapland & Rovaniemi. Everything was easy from pick up to drop off from hotel, ride to excursion, the tour, the sights, the food was excellent! I toured with them again in Helsinki because my experience was great the day before. Tour with this company they are high end and treat you first class.

Really good communication. We asked for a specific pick up time (we weren't able to specify one on the booking system so messaged the company) and they responded very quickly. The day before pick up we received confirmation of our driver and time (10 minutes early). Our driver, Alex, turned up bang on time and was friendly and helpful throughout. He secured a trolley at the airport and loaded our bags for us. The car itself was luxury minivan and very comfortable. Would definitely use them again.
