I cannot say enough about our experience with this car rental company - it was absolutely fantastic! The vehicle was incredibly clean, roomy, and comfortable. Small details like having cold water, tissues, and phone charging capabilities were handy as well. Professionalism and customer care are definitely top priorities for this company. What made our time traveling with this company so special was Massimo, our wonderful driver! Not only was he always punctual and prepared each day, but his knowledge of the region was vast. He shared local history, lesser known spots, and provided helpful suggestions that we never would have discovered on our own. What we appreciated the most was how flexible and attentive he was — constantly adjusting plans to best meet our group’s interests and energy. If we wanted to stay a bit longer at a stop or explore somewhere we hadn’t planned on, Massimo made it happen. His warmth, humor, and easygoing nature made our travel days even better; by the end of our trip, it felt like we were traveling with a good friend rather than a driver. Mass and Luca are the best! We were a group of 4 girls from the US and they made our experience so easy and fun! I cannot recommend them enough— we used them for various day trips around Tuscany & they did the best job showing us fun hidden gems in the area. Six of us spent a week in Cortona, Italy. Tuscany Luxury Tours drove us back and forth from the airport in Rome to our villa, and to destinations around the region 8 - 12 hours each day. I can’t say enough nice things about our driver, Luca. His was in constant communication with us (in almost flawless English), he was always on time (actually, early), the car was clean and he constantly offered us a fresh bottled water. More importantly, he is an incredibly safe driver. Luca grew up in the area and knows everything about it. He made suggestions for an itinerary each day, but was completely flexible if we requested something different. Luca is smart, professional, reliable, helpful, friendly, easy-going, and a whole lot of fun. I would highly recommend Luca and Tuscany Luxury Tours’ services.

We spend a week with Luca and Massimo. They did daily 8 hour tours for us around Tuscany. The service and company was excellent. I highly recommend. They went above and beyond.

We really enjoyed having Luca as our driver and tour guide! He offered facts about every Tuscan town we passed, including our visits to Orvieto and Montepulciano, on our way to Rome. He was friendly, engaging and showed utter professionalism! He also graciously picked us up when we found ourselves stuck at the train station outside of Cortona, late one night. Six of us rented Villa Valerie on the outskirts of Cortona. We had planned to use the trains, taxis and drivers when we needed transportation in Tuscany. Terretrusche Cortona rental agency said that the Villa was very close to Cortona but we’d need a rental car or taxi to access the property. Much to our disappointment, it was very difficult to get drivers to come down the few kms because the road (trail) was narrow and in poor condition in some places. That’s when I asked a local FB group for names of drivers they’d recommend us calling and one of them was Luca from Tuscany Luxury Tour NCC We agreed on a price and time for our road trip the next day and he punctually arrived. He was very knowledgeable, funny, spoke good English and best of all, was a great driver. He went above and beyond getting us to the places we wanted to visit. On the way back, when we’d went over the time we’d paid for, he still stopped to let us get some groceries knowing we couldn’t get out of the Villa to shop in Cortona. Then, if that wasn’t enough, it had rained in Cortona that afternoon and he was worried about driving us down to the Villa on the narrow, rough road. So he called his 80 year old Father to drive their 4x4 Suzuki and meet us at the top of the hill. There he transported us down to the Villa, 3 of us at a time. So grateful to Luca and his Dad, they were so awesome🥰🥰🥰

They both have fun personalities which added to the memorable week in Tuscany. Their recommendations on various places were outstanding! Luca our driver picked us up at the train station at 10:00 on a Sunday night with a reservation made a month ago. It felt like Back to the Future movie. He was extremely helpful, friendly and we were very grateful to get to our destination that he knew out of the way down tiny roads. He is definitely our only Cortona transportation driver who is a keeper!
