Last month two of my friends rented bikes from Village bike rentals. The bikes were delivered as promised, and after some safety instructions we were able to ride for several hours. The only reason we cut our ride short is because it was incredibly windy and cold that day. Otherwise we would’ve stayed out there much longer. The bikes were fabulous. The service was amazing. I can’t say enough, good things about Frank and Cindy. As a matter of fact, it was such a good experience that two days ago I purchased a bike from them. Frank made sure it had all the bells and whistles and delivered it to my door. If you are looking for a rental ride or a bike to buy I would highly highly recommend them.

We did a one day rental to see if we would like riding EBikes, and we took a 30 mile ride. They delivered the bikes to our house and picked them up when we were finished. We loved the EBikes so we bought 2 from them. They were delivered to our house with all of the accessories we wanted. If the bikes need to be serviced they do the work at your house. If the service is involved they pick the bikes up and bring them to the shop. How could anyone ask for more?

Perfect service! They delivered the bikes to our hotel. The bikes were in good shape. They provided locks and helmets. They picked them up when we’re done at the end of the week. What more could you ask for?

Frank was easy to deal with and very helpful getting to understand the ebike I bought from him. He brought two models to my house to demonstrate and then brought my new bike a week later all set up and ready to go.

My sister and I had a wonderful time with our rental ebikes. She was six weeks out from a hip replacement and had no problem putting in several miles. This is an awesome company to rent from! Super friendly and accommodating! They dropped the bike at our house within 30 min of calling and came and picked the bike up at the end of our rental. They give you a helmet, a charger for the e-bike and verbal instructions on how to operate the bike (if needed) — thank you so much!! We’ll definitely be returning customers!

This is our second year using them. High quality bicycles in excellent working order. They even guaranteed that if while on a ride and anything went wrong, for example flat tire, etc., that they’d meet us where we were and get us a new bicycle. They were friendly and very helpful with answering my questions. Drop off and pick up have always been timely. They were even flexible when we had plane delays and lost baggage at the airport to change the bike drop off time for that day. Bicycling has been one of my favorite ways to enjoy Florida’s scenery! I’m thankful for this business that can help provide that!
