Staff was incredibly helpful with the bike sizing, good routes to check out along with helmets to choose from and a handy lock and pouch to keep it in. Bikes in great quality.

Rented hybrid bikes and biked to Balboa park. Renting procedure was smooth. They keep your drivers license so make sure to get it back at the end. They provide locks and helmets. Forgot to ask for a basket which would have been handy. Was perfect way to explore the park and not have to worry about parking. Going involves a bit of a hill and need good brakes coming back. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the bikes and brakes were a bit squeaky but otherwise worked well

This is a great option for renting a bike to explore San Diego/ Their website provides all their rental options and is easy to use for a reservation. Their selection is great, rental; prices are reasonable, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Location is ideal -- about two blocks from the harbor and bike paths. Dis a 4-hour rental of a hybrid and rode out to Shelter Island -- a fun way to spend a few hours.

Bike was top of the line. Was only 5 mns walk from my hotel (MargaritaVille) Owner gave me an excellent advice which was not to follow my original plan (to go around the bay via the road then the bike path). Suggested to cross over to Coronado Island via Ferry and take the bikepath.. go to the end, stop and return on same path which gave me the same mileage I wanted to do originally. Top of the line service, I recommend highly and will make sure I use their services in the other locations as well

Rented bicycles with my son, experienced cyclists..staff friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent job fitting bikes, good selection. Also very helpful in explaining cycling routes and what to see.
