To travel from Kuta to Ubud, I booked a 5-hour car charter with Bali Yes Tours. On the way, we visited a batik factory, a coffee plantation, an art association, and more. Lin, who speaks Japanese, drove and we had a fun conversation, and he taught us a lot about Balinese customs, history, and the characteristics of the town.
