With guide Iris, we ventured out on e-bikes to see the surroundings of Tam Coc. Very nice tour, especially meeting a family and seeing their home, and eating their good food. We also had tea at another family. I would have loved to bike more on the country-side, and Đền Thái Vi (Thai Vi temple) is too new to be really interesting (although the old temple-keeper might play for you on a special instrument). Anyways, e-bikes are a great way to get around. Do a tour to support and meet the locals, but definitely also take a ride on your own.
This tour was awesome. There were definitely some scary moments when having to briefly ride on the road with scooters and cars but our tour guide and assistant made sure vehicles didn't kill us. I was bad at turning the sharp, narrow corners in the alley ways but slowly got a hang of it. I loved the history and cultural information shared throughout the tour and the views of the mountains were mesmerizing. The lunch was a lot of food and delicious. Would recommend but be prepared for some short stints on the possibly hectic roads. Overall, it was a fun and exciting way to explore Ninh Binh.

This was our best E-Bike Tour. Not only did we get to cruise through the beautiful landscape but we also got the feeling of being on a scooter in Vietnam which is always an experience joining the other town traffic. Minh, our tour guide, was awesome. So friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We went to the famous river where they paddle the boats with their feet, historic temples, visited a graveyard and learned about burial ceremonies and how the Vietanamese respect their elders. Something the younger generation in the US could learn from. We had a break to relax with a cup of special tea after we picked leaves from the Voi tree and the best meal - a home cooked lunch that we've had in Vietnam so far. So delicious. This was a great experience and so organized and lasted almost 5 hours. Minh was also so nice to take us to a location where we could take pictures of my girlfriend with and by the water lillies. So far I like Ninh Binh the best!

Had the most amazing time with Mike. Perfect English and well grounded in Vietnamese history. The views were out of this world and the food was incredible! A must do if you’re in Ninh Binh.

Mike showed us the hidden gems of Ninh Binh - We learned a lot about the Vietnamese culture, History, Religion, Food and Drinks. But most important, we saw incredible Nature that you can only See by Bike. Recommend to go in the evening to Catch the Sunset. The location provided us with a bottle of water and we could leave our backpacks before leaving for extra comfort. The bikes were great and the tour felt effortless. Thank you Mike!

Iris was our guide and did very well. Sweet, patient and with a lot of knowledge. It was extra fun also with the ebikes and the conclusion with lunch was very tasty.

We were on the tour with two young children and it worked very well. The kids and we had a lot of fun and it was very interesting. It was a lot of fun riding the eBikes. The lunch at the end was particularly delicious. Mike was very informative, and care was always taken not to lose anyone. The children were also taken into consideration. The tour is highly recommended.

We had a fabulous afternoon on our e-bikes with our guide, Mike. He was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. We spent the best part of 4.5 hours cycling around the Tam Coc area, stopping off at various sites to learn about the history of the area or to enjoy a coffee or Voi tea. We saw kastes, paddy fields, local villages and other temples.We also enjoyed a meal at the home of a local family The e-bikes are a great way to see a big area of the beautiful countryside around Tam Coc Fully recommended
