Itinerario
(Hastings Road)

My mum and i took this tour together and loved it ! what a great way to see singapore! it was fun and informative
Not happy was left waiting Tried to ring but no answer Not happy was so looking forward to this tour
Tour started late with the pickup being over 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup window. By the time we met with the rest of the group the tour guide was already talking about how we needed to rush through dinner. Speaking of the dinner, it was the most underwhelming meal we had our entire stay in Singapore. The food was mainly bland and westernized Chinese. I hesitate to even call this a tour as it’s mainly a large van ride through the city while a guide tells you a handful of mostly common sense facts. The boat ride was nice, except there is another tour that was on the same boat that was allowed to get on in front of us despite arriving later, and they took all the good seats. We didn’t even use the ride home, preferring to use the metro as it’s significantly more efficient and the pickup took so long.
Started late finished early problems with the bus coming back did not want to take us. Had to get our own taxi poor The lady in charge of the tour very good
You cancelled the tour with short notice then you advised of potential for tour for the next night however you failed to advise whether that tour was proceeding Totally incompetent - I can only assume that you are more competent when organising the refund!!!! Please advise when I am likely to receive this
Very interesting tour and probably would recommend but the restaurant and dinner need improvement. Food was quite good but not nearly enough to feed our group of 9
Poor communication, no confirmation from tour company if/when they’d arrive. Company didn’t pick up phone calls during their business hours or messages on viator app. Shuttle van smelled of mothballs and gasoline. Poor execution of tour because the guide could not be heard over city sounds to group of 17. One person had allergy to onions and garlic so the Chinese restaurant didn’t use it in anything for the entire group. Flavorless meal and ordering additional drinks was also a fiasco. Late departure so we had <20 minutes to sit and eat. Trishaw ride was lovely because I was able to have conversation with guide who was very kind. The other 16 were stuck listening to corny recording. Different recording played during River cruise-very corny. Would not recommend this excursion.
This tour was a great introduction to two popular Singapore areas, Chinatown and Bugis Street Village. We were promptly picked up at our hotel and taken to Chinatown. After a brief walk around Chinatown with our tour guide who described where and what we were seeing, we stopped at a restaurant along the route and ate a 4-course dinner. After the meal, we continued on our tour of Chinatown before meeting up with our trishaw driver. The trishaw driver took us around the Bugis Street area and spoke to us about his life in Singapore. His and the tour guide’s comments gave us a different perspective in which to view Singapore beyond the wonderful sights. The evening was capped with a bumboat tour in the Singapore River with a light show and sail-by the Merlion statue. After a wonderful evening out, we were dropped off at our hotel. The hours went by quickly because there was so much to see and do. This tour is a great value that includes transportation to and from your hotel, dinner, trishaw ride, and bumboat river cruise. Special thanks to Linda G who was able to accommodate our 7 friends on this tour at the last minute. We all had a great time together, riding and taking pictures while on the trishaw and bumboat with the Singapore skyline as a backdrop.
I don't believe it's worth the money. Chinese dinner was hardly dinner at all and is not enough food to feed so many people. You don't get to explore Bugis village at all, no time to stop and shop, same with Chinatown, you're taken straight to dinner and straight to the bus afterwards. The tour guide was lovely though and the river cruise was nice. However definitely not worth the hefty price tag.
This tour was very good maybe an extra half hour to do a bit of shopping in bugis market or in Chinatown. The meal was good. Paul was good too.
