The tour guide was very knowledgeable! Alora was very personable and fun! She knows so much about the falls!
They charged me 500$ for boat line and took the money and didn’t book ticket, didn’t reimburse me back
very little tour, most information already available, tour pkg should get you on the boat as a group not make you stand in line for 2 hours. I could have bought a ticket and done it myself cheaper.
The walking part was nice, but can be done on your own when you stay in Niagara. Booking this tour, it touted you didn't have to wait in line, and that was Not the case. The line was out of control, and the group of us just cut in front of people after our tour guide basically said she was done with the tour.
Alora was amazing! She made the walking tour fun and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable! I would recommend her and the tour to everyone.
The tour guide explains the story of the falls and how it was made. We walk around and speak about facts of the falls.

We had an excellent experience on the Niagara Falls Cruise. Our tour guide, Randy was fun and informative about the history of the Niagara Falls. We enjoyed it tremendously and would highly recommend it.
The Tour Guide is very knowledgeable of the area and has a very friendly personality. I love her attitude
Booking a time for the tour is meaningless. We waited 2 1/2 hours in the sun and heat for boarding along with 1000’s of others with reserved boarding times. There are NO TOILETS OR WATER FOUNTAINS to be found while waiting. Tickets are non-refundable. My ticket reservation was denied by the boarding agent, so I had to purchase another ticket for myself and sister, AT THE BAR!. If it’s bad weather, the boats are grounded. No trip for you! I am waiting for a refund, as I could not use the tickets I purchased. I would recommend reserving tickets for after 6:00 pm, or you’re waiting forever to get on the boat with 1000’s of others! Overall booking experience is 6/10 but 10/10 for the cruise ride.
