Fun way to see the swamp

This tour was great and affordable. Great for families. Captain Bobby was super informative and even let us all hold his little Zilla(alligator). We saw so much wildlife and the alligators came right to the boat for treats. Fun way to see the swamp.

Must Do Experience!

Captain Ernie is great! Make sure and ask him questions because he has a ton of knowledge and stories that he is thrilled to share. Also, there is no danger from the alligators unless… well I’ll let Captain Ernie tell you. Is there is rain, bring a raincoat but still a great experience in the rain.

Love Captain Bob’s Tour

Our tour operator, Captain Bob, is fearless and we love him for that! Captain is like an “alligator- raccoon whisperer” and he was entertaining us beyond belief! He played with and fed alligators like they were his besties on-the-spot in the swamp. Not set up as a charade, and the raccoons too. His extensive knowledge of the bayou and swamps was amazing. Captain Bob would be great and teaching a Louisiana history class. Most of all he is hilarious and I don’t mean trying to be a rehearsed stand up comedian (nothing wrong with that just saying) he is the real deal. You will be very lucky to have him be your tour guide. 10 stars and a double raise for him!

Brave Captain Bobby

This was an excellent tour on a pontoon boat. Captain Bobby was interesting and informative, not to mention extremely brave! He fed the alligators (and we saw a number of them) marshmallows, petted at least one them and kissed it on the nose. WOW!! He also stopped and gathered some young raccoons around him and fed them marshmallows. He even put a marshmallow in his front teeth and had a raccoon eat the marshmallow from his mouth. I'm so glad we had a roof on our boat because as we were heading back to home base, it rained, at times really hard! The roof was a blessing (and it also kept the hot sun off of us). My husband and I truly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it.

Definitely a must!!

This is definitely a must to do in new orleans!! Our guide was great beginning on the bus ride to the tour. Everyone is very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. We saw alligators, raccoons, cranes, and even a bald eagle. I had the best time!

Great tour with captain Ernie

Captain Ernie had a such a great manner, easygoing but also taught us a lot about the environment and eco systems of the bayou. Really enjoyed the education, the views and all the animal sightings!

Pontoon Crocodile Tour

The pontoon boat ride with Ernie was very educational and fun. He had a good sense of humor and new a lot about the bayou. Seeing crocodiles in their natural habitat was amazing. We really enjoyed this experience. I would definitely go out to the bayou with Ernie again to learn more. How fun! ❤️

Great City Getaway

Outstanding views of natural scenery and enough animals to rival any zoo out there. Perfect weather. Captain Bobby was incredible. It’s clear he’s a local man who grew up living and understanding everything that he was talking about, mixing personal stories into the factual information to give it that personal touch. It’s clear he’s enjoys what he does and he loves nature. He was awesome. Anyone on his tours is certainly lucky and in for a show. IYKYK…I’ll leave it at that.

A Must To Do When In New Orleans

Awesome in every way. Picked up n dropped off right in front of hotel (no walking to special meeting place like other tours). The Captain was a local with plenty of knowledge and stories. He was even funny too. Will do it again on my next visit to New Orleans.
