Inizierai da Nyhavn, il porto storico della città, un tempo pieno di marinai, mercanti e navi commerciali, ora un hub pulito e guidato dal design. Situato all'interno della Royal Playhouse Danese, potrete gustare la moderna interpretazione dello chef Adam Aamanns dello smørrebrød: gli iconici panini di segale a faccia aperta della Danimarca. Assaporerete due mini pezzi, abbinati al vino (solo nel pomeriggio) o all’acqua frizzante.
In questa sosta, situata all'interno del Broens Street Food, assaporerai i tacos realizzati con le tradizionali tortillas di mais e ripieni accuratamente realizzati: maiale a cottura lenta, brasato di manzo o verdure di stagione, combinando gli autentici sapori messicani con la precisione, la qualità e la creatività della cucina nordica.
Primo ristorante al mondo interamente dedicato al porridge, assaggerai un tocco nordico moderno su questo umile piatto con il loro porridge di lenticchie rosse, fatto con latte di cocco, spezie, erbe fresche, pomodorini, mandorle salate e altro ancora, per un'esperienza saporita e di ispirazione globale.
Assaggerete un classico Ristet Hotdog Danese, con una salsiccia rossa in un morbido panino con remoulade, senape, ketchup, sottaceti e cipolle, un cibo di strada molto amato che risale agli anni '20 e alla tradizione pølsevogn di Copenaghen.
In uno dei più rinomati panifici a conduzione familiare di Copenaghen, fondato nel 1963, potrete gustare un classico panino scandinavo al cardamomo: morbido, burroso e leggermente speziato, sottilmente dolce con note agrumate e floreali, rifinito con sciroppo e zucchero perlato, a dimostrazione della lunga tradizione artigianale nordica del panificio.

Excellent Copenhagen food tour with Mark! We really enjoyed all the different food, especially the delicious 5 star smorrebrod, tacos, porridge, danish hotdogs and fresh danish pastries. Thank you for the informative food history and giving us a taste of Copenhagen. It was a wonderful afternoon and so grateful for Mark as our guide. Highly recommended!!

Our tour guide was fantastic, but the food didn’t quite live up to our expectations for the price we paid. It seems like the food experience could be more affordable, as the quality of the food wasn’t as good as we hoped.

Sonia was a fantastic guide! Very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Overall we very much enjoyed the tour. We felt that more drinks should be included. We didn’t leave hungry, but we were thirsty. Beer or water would’ve been nice to accompany the taco as it was fairly spicy. We did not really enjoy the area where we had the hot dog and somewhere to sit and something to drink in a more pleasant atmosphere would have enhanced the experience.
