Il punto d'incontro è in Alpseestraße 2, 87645 Schwangau, presso la fermata dell'autobus. Il parcheggio (tariffa di parcheggio esclusa) è disponibile nei parcheggi P3 e P1 di fronte. Se arrivate in autobus, prendete la linea 78 o 73 alle 8:05 dalla stazione ferroviaria di Füssen. Ora di inizio: 16.Ottobre - 31 marzo dalle 9:00 alle 1.Aprile - 15.8 ottobre, ore 45. Il voucher è valido solo con la guida. Porta con te il voucher durante il tour. Vi preghiamo di non recarvi alla biglietteria o all'ingresso del castello; dovete riscattare il vostro voucher presso la vostra guida.Il tour si svolgerà solo con un minimo di 10 persone. Il tour potrebbe essere annullato a causa di malattie impreviste. Si prega di presentarsi al punto di partenza 15 minuti prima dell'inizio del tour.
La tua guida personale ti incontrerà ad Alpseestraße 2, 87645 Schwangau, presso la fermata dell'autobus. In seguito, se il bus navetta è in servizio, andremo insieme al Marienbrücke (Ponte di Maria) per scattare foto suggestive con vista sul Castello di Neuschwanstein. Poi andate insieme al castello. Lungo il percorso, acquisirete interessanti spunti sulla storia di Re Ludwig II. I biglietti sono già stati prenotati. La tua guida ti accompagnerà all'ingresso e ti assisterà con la scansione dei documenti. Dopo che la vostra guida vi avrà accompagnato all'ingresso, vi lascerà soli e le guide ufficiali del castello vi aspetteranno per una visita guidata di 35 minuti con audioguida, quindi non dovete preoccuparvi. Some time waiting here and there but a great experience overall. The castle really deserves a visit! The guide was friendly and helpful.
Great tour of the castle with plenty of opportunities for great pictures! Our tour guide Augin kept our large group together and was quite knowledgeable on the history, as well as great making it fun and personable

Very easy to find and very informative. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to get up to the castle so the earlier the better.

We had a wonderful tour of Neuschwanstein with Augin. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and engaging, and our kids immediately gravitated toward him. He made the history interesting and accessible for the whole family while keeping everything relaxed and enjoyable. The visit to Mary’s Bridge was a highlight, and he guided us seamlessly from there into the castle. An excellent experience from start to finish — we would absolutely recommend Augin to other families visiting Neuschwanstein!

The tour was great! Check-in and pickup went smoothly, the photo spots were wonderful, and Augin was very friendly, knowledgeable, and charismatic. Definitely a must-book while you’re in the area.

Great experience and our guide Augie tried to call us🙏 more precise location for a meet up place, we almost missed the tour: had a hard time finding the group as parking area is massive, suggest to give precise parking instructions : P1, P2 etc.
