Se arrivate in autobus, prendete la linea 78 o 73 alle 8:35 dalla stazione ferroviaria di Füssen. Ora di inizio: 16.Ottobre - 31 marzo dalle 9:00 alle 1.Aprile - 15.Ottobre, ore 10:00. Il voucher è valido solo con la guida. Porta con te il voucher durante il tour. Vi preghiamo di non recarvi alla biglietteria o all'ingresso del castello; dovete riscattare il vostro voucher presso la vostra guida.Il tour si svolgerà solo con un minimo di 10 persone. Il tour potrebbe essere annullato a causa di malattie impreviste.
La tua guida personale ti incontrerà ad Alpseestraße 2, 87645 Schwangau, presso la fermata dell'autobus. In seguito, se il bus navetta è in servizio, andremo insieme al Marienbrücke (Ponte di Maria) per scattare foto suggestive con vista sul Castello di Neuschwanstein. Poi andate insieme al castello. Lungo il percorso, acquisirete interessanti spunti sulla storia di Re Ludwig II. I biglietti sono già stati prenotati. La tua guida ti accompagnerà all'ingresso e ti assisterà con la scansione dei documenti. Dopo che la vostra guida vi avrà accompagnato all'ingresso, vi lascerà soli e le guide ufficiali del castello vi aspetteranno per una visita guidata di 35 minuti con audioguida, quindi non dovete preoccuparvi. We had a wonderful time , Augir was a fantastic guide, he took us to the best spots for photos and was very knowledgeable. He was attentive and friendly. Well worth doing this tour!
We had a wonderful experience on the Neuschwanstein Castle Tour. Everything was perfectly organized, and the included Skip-the-Line ticket and bus shuttle made the visit completely stress-free and easy. A special thanks to our guide, Augin, who was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. He shared fascinating stories about King Ludwig II, the history of the castle, Bavaria, and the surrounding area, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. The audio guide can also be easily changed to different languages, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth, well-organized, and memorable visit to Neuschwanstein Castle!

Augi was amazing. He met us at the bus, and led us through each leg of our tour carefully and with a lot of knowledge! He was very friendly and helpful, and recognized when the path was too strenuous for us. He told us where we could wait to rest and rejoin easily. Augi made a personal connection with everyone on the tour and I was very pleased. It was so nice to not worry about time deadlines or where to enter. I would fully recommend this tour!

A must-have for the castle! Thanks to the saved waiting time (given the international crowds) and the great guide, we really felt like we could fully experience the castle.

We had a fantastic experience. Our tour guide, Augin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He met us at the bus stop as mentioned in the getyourguide description. My family of 5 were the only people who booked the tour but Augin still gave us the tour instead of canceling it. He sat by us on the shuttle and gave us some great facts about the castle and surrounding area. When we stopped at the Queen Mary Bridge, he patiently took pictures and videos of us, making sure that we got the shots that we wanted. He was very kind and patient with our 3 kids under the age of 8. The views on the bridge were breathtaking! Definitely a must see if you visit Neuschwanstein Castle. The castle tour was short but vary informative. The interior is amazing. We loved every second of this experience.
