Carlos was prompt and very kind. He loaded our bags and made sure we safely got into our Airbnb. He also drove us through a lot of traffic and was very safe. Would highly recommend this service!
Very friendly and quick experience. Prompt pickup and drop off. I would highly recommend for traveling in Guatemala City.
Our driver was so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He met us at our hotel, gave us tips and advice for our travels, and taught us about Guatemala & Antigua’s history. 10/10
Our transport was very late arriving at the designated pick up. From leaving arrivals to being picked up was 45 minutes even though we had given our flight number and arrival time. When he did arrive Rolando the driver was very professional and courteous. However, the trip was very short, less than 2 miles and took around 5 minutes so £22 seemed very expensive. Had I have known this I would have taken an Uber.
The time between your arrival and exiting the airport was approximately one hour. I’m sorry that you felt the service was delayed; however, we responded to all of your messages via WhatsApp throughout the process. The transfer to your hotel was relatively short due to the light traffic conditions. Our priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and reliable service, and we are sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations.
The private shuttle was efficient on time and got us to our destination safely! Driver was nice and friendly! Very helpful with our luggage!
Thank you for your review, we’re happy to hear you enjoyed the experience.
Our shuttle driver got there right on time. The car was very nice and comfortable. He was a great driver and got us to the airport early. Thank you so much!
We’re so glad you enjoyed our transportation service from Guatemala City airport.
Good communication, easy pickup, smooth driving, and fast dropoff. I would recommend to anyone, it was very straightforward.
We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our private shuttle in Guatemala.
Communication is great. I was sent a text message, regarding pick up location in advance, and in English. Pick up was flawless
Thank you, Julie for taking the private shuttle with us.
Great experience! Always on time, friendly, accommodated us and our luggage. Easy to communicate with.
Thank you! Your positive comments motivate us every day to keep doing our best.
This was our second time using this company - the first was seamless. The second time was during the Easter holiday, which was acknowledged in advance - the company reached out to confirm that it'd be a busy time for them. We confirmed pick-up time (5-6pm) at our hotel. We reached out at 3:55pm and they replied "the van is on the way". I asked for an ETA, they said 5:30. At 5:45, I called - no answer. At 5:50, "the streets are closed". The company directed us to go to a gas station 2km away (the streets were not closed between the hotel and the gas station). The company refused to pay our taxi fare to the gas station. The company did not acknowledge that they failed to pick us up at the agreed-upon location (the hotel). The van did not arrive to the gas station until 6:02pm (it would have never arrived to the hotel on time) but the company continued to state that it was on time. Note: there was no communication about 5:30 not happening until I reached out. The company replied with one-liners such as, "Guatemala is the problem", "Catholicism is the problem". The company states that the roads were closed without notice - the entire country (including tourists like myself) knew that many roads would be closed and they acknowledged in advance that this might cause difficulties. hoewver, on the day of, there was no communication to that effect. The company contact excused themself with "Today is my birthday. and continued to insist that the shuttle arrived on time, when it never arrived to the location at all. "I am right" was probably my favorite when arguing that the van arrived on time. Ultimately, we arrived successfully to our destination and the driver was excellent in the weather. The following morning, the company reached out demanding an additional $300 in damages "due to street closures" that supposedly caused damage. There was no incident that would have caused such damage during our drive. I refused to pay.
Yes, it was my birthday and also a national holiday. Access to Panajachel was closed due to Catholic processions, so the van had to take an alternate route and unfortunately sustained damages totaling $600 USD. We did not pass this cost on to you; we only want to emphasize that we did everything possible to arrive on time. We had confirmed the pickup between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, and the van arrived at 6:10 PM. We also offered you the option to stop at a gas station, as you seemed quite concerned about the timing. In the end, you arrived at the airport on time, which was the most important thing.
