We honestly thought it was a kidnapping. It was so unprofessional - the company- not the drivers. It was NOT the drivers fault but the company sent two different drivers to pick us up and then sent weird pictures of the airport of where we should have been - misleading us. A man came out with my name on the sign. We got in the van. The driver said he was taking us to Antigua. Then I got about a dozen calls from the company saying I was not in the right van. I would have run out in terror at a stop sign if my husband were not there. Ultimately the driver called another van to whom we were handed off at a gas station. The company kept calling in confusion and blamed us for what they did. They were utterly unapologetic. Do not take this service.
