La partenza della navetta è prevista indipendentemente dal numero minimo di prenotazioni. Tutti i nostri veicoli sono progettati su misura in modo che tu possa sederti comodamente e che i tuoi bagagli possano essere depositati all'interno. Abbiamo dotato le navette di comodi sedili reclinabili oltre che di un cuscino comodo e pulito. Goditi il nostro WiFi a bordo e le prese di corrente sotto il sedile, così potrai rimanere connesso durante il viaggio.

This company was great to book! They communicate the time they’re picking you up and the ride was comfortable. Halfway through they stop at this great little place where you can find the cheapest souvenirs I saw. You can also get a snack.
Pinkbus did a great job of keeping me informed what time they were picking me up. The bus included WiFi, we got to stop about half way for a quick bite, beer & stretch. The driver was awesome, we had a nice conversation through out the drive, he offered some great recommendations & with it being such an affordable option to travel, I’d booked again in a heartbeat.
Very good experience for the price. The contact source was reliable and got back to me in a timely manner. The pickup and drop off was from hotel to hotel with very little confusion. My only slight complaint is that it takes a while to get out of the city if you are one of the first people picked up because you have to individually pick up about 10 people in my case.

Responsible, on-time, good communication (though would be better if pick up time could be notified earlier). The van was clean, spacious with WiFi (which was a bit slow but understandable as it was a moving vehicle).
We were the first pick and the driver was on time. The bus is simple but comfortable with charging plugs and wifi. We were able to get snacks and use the restroom mid way on journey.
Hotel to hotel, very convenient. Good communication experience. Driver keeps us posted on when he will arrive.

Good comms prior to (slightly delayed) pick up. Comfortable enough shuttle. Break on route to buy snacks/drinks and bathroom break
Shuttle service included nothing of what was promised. The interior ceiling of the van was missing, no wifi on board (for my trip at least) , no water bottles or pillows were provided nor did the seats recline. The driver kept tapping the breaks heavily while driving giving me motion sickness. We decided to book a different shuttle service via Viator to return back to SJO which was much better an done in an hr less time than mypinkbus
