Per il prelievo dall'aeroporto, si prega di effettuare il check-in presso il nostro banco presso la cabina di trasporto a terra tra la porta di uscita 4 e 5 del terminal arrivi nazionali. Se non è presente nessuno, si prega di procedere presso il punto di prelievo - Bus Bay / Pilastro # 15, attraverso la porta di uscita 4 del livello arrivi - Terminal nazionale dell'aeroporto. The shuttle arrived on time at the scheduled pick-up time. There was a minor issue with one of the tickets, which caused a slight delay, but the driver still managed to arrive in Banff on time. The driver was courteous and professional. I would appreciate slightly more legroom (seat pitch) for added comfort. Overall, I can recommend this company for its good value for money and reliable service.
Excellent customer service. Easy and quick communication through the app. Punctual arrival and easy access. The only drawback was that the transfer vehicle didn't have air conditioning, which was necessary on a very hot day.
Very efficient service, we had a smooth transfer down to Banfff from Calgary. Excellent communication and were able to adapt to our circumstances, our flight landed an hour early, they were to get us on an earlier shuttle to avoid us having to wait around for 2 hours and we got to Banff much earlier than we had planned, great job.
Everything went very smoothly. The driver was right on time at the indicated pickup area. He was very pleasant and helpful, and he got us to Banff on time and safely.

Friendly safe driver and on time. Dropped us at our hotel which was a bit out of the way, so that was a bonus of being in a smaller vehicle. Mini bus was a little tired but comfortable.

Confirm who is parked at pilar #15! Shuttle van parked at designated pickup location at my scheduled departure time was from a different company. Check and confirm or you may get a surprise. My driver/shuttle was parked in different spot and did not have my reservation on his list. I showed him my confirmation/ticket and he had to call office to confirm he should take me. Driver was very friendly and apologized for confusion. Also, a very good driver.

Would happily recommend. We used the Fairy bus to and from Banff-Calgary. Good communication for pick up times and spots made things seamless.
