Our driver was on time, he was friendly and communicative prior to pickup. The van was clean and he assisted us with no problem with our heavy bags. We like using Viator for transportation while in Europe.

The pick up was as scheduled, promptly and at the right location. We made it to the port in 1 hour! Ahead of scheduled. We had plenty of time to register the luggage and go to the ship. No rush.

Our driver was awful! He nearly hit 4 pedestrians at different times and slammed on the breaks so hard we all nealry fell out of our seats. He then nealry ran over a toll gate and missed it by inches. Would not recommend this travel company or driver!!!
Dear Stewart, what you wrote seems very different from reality. Your driver, Nadir, is highly regarded for his driving style and has numerous positive 5-star reviews from our guests, who often request his services. You traveled with four other guests (two couples. Of which a couple left their 5 star review writing "The pick up was as scheduled, promptly and at the right location. We made it to the port in 1 hour! Ahead of scheduled. We had plenty of time to register the luggage and go to the ship. No rush"), who absolutely did not report feeling unsafe during the trip. You are likely objecting because, as per the terms and conditions, we charged you a supplement for carrying excess baggage that you had not declared at the time of booking (you and your wife had a total of three large and three medium/large pieces of luggage, when the maximum permitted is one large piece and one carry-on piece each). This jeopardized the success of the shared transfer for the other travelers. Fortunately, your shared transfer was only organized for six passengers; otherwise, we would not have been able to accommodate you due to lack of space in the van's trunk, and you would have had to pay for a new transfer without being reimbursed for the one you had ordered. We would like to take this opportunity to inform all travelers that they must be indicated any excess baggage at the time of booking, otherwise our company legitimately reserves the right not to provide their transfer. We sincerely hope that in the future we will no longer have to serve passengers as unscrupulous as you. Kind regards Andrea
Our driver was excellent, he was there early, by almost 20 minutes, but walked in to our hotel to find us. We talked a lot with the other passengers on our drive, but we got there safely and early! After our port transfer was canceled by our cruise line, this was an easy and smooth process from start to finish. I would recommend this transfer to anyone needing a ride around!

Excellent service. Picked up outside our hotel and dropped off outside the port embarkation terminal. No hassle. No struggling with luggage through the streets of a very hot and very busy Rome. My advice would be to check your pick up details with the company the evening prior to pickup, as the info received from Viator differed. Excellent communication from the company; prompt and friendly.

Driver was 15 minutes early, which was great. Driver was very pleasant . He also spoke pretty good English, that made it more comfortable for us.

Our driver was very nice, called when he arrived and was great. Good drive to the cruise terminal. And took us all the way up to drop us off at the check in! Didn't think he would get us that closer. Great!

Be ready early for your departure as driver could be up to 30 mins early! Our driver Carlos was very pleasant and courteous. Only downside was we had to wait at least half an hour for our last pickup.

Our door-to-door service is convenient for those who are not in a hurry and is more economical than a private transfer. Shared transfers are highly appreciated by our guests, who can save money and share the experience with other cruise passengers, traveling comfortably to their ship's entrance. Thank you again.
