Booked last minute (2 hours before!) and they were very responsive to me over WhatsApp. Two drivers took turns, made a few pit stops, and tended to an unexpected flat tire. Professional and courteous.

It's said to be point-to-point(hotel to hotel or SJO airport), as a shared shuttle bus we understand that different ppl would embark on the same bus from different hotels to the hotels in San Jose area or airport, but the driver drop 4 guys on the bus to the west coast city Puntrenas, which I believed not on the route to San Jose. So, our travel normally 2.5-3 hours finally took us almost 5 hours. (from 8:30-12:30). The driver doesn't speak English, though nice guy.

Great experience. The shuttle drivers were very nice. We did have to pay extra to be dropped off at our hotel, instead of being dropped off at the Airport. They were very friendly about it.

The shuttle never picked me up. I tried contacting the company by phone and I sent multiple messages. I almost missed my flight and I had to arrange new transportation.
Great safe driver. Comfortable ride on modern bus. Enjoyed company of travellers. Too bad only one 8 a.m shuttle.
